Gordon is great to deal with, has fixed quite a variety of computer related problems and thankfully explains things in plain English. One thing we really like is that if parts are required he always gives us a costing first and gets our consent to go ahead. We have referred him to many of our friends who also now use his computer fix it and repair services. 100%"Gordon has successfully sorted out various problems with our computer/s over a number of years (ca.5) and I thought it was about time I gave feedback as he has been great every time! The latest was advising whether it was worth trying to fix my (old!) printer (it wasn't) and Gordon knew my details well enough to recommend an excellent (and affordable) printer that would suit me. As well as having the technical expertise, I like they way he arrives when he says he will and explains what he is… doing. On the rare occasion he is delayed - he rings and explains why. Very considerate. Good with children too! 100%"Gordon was superb, we called PC Wiz 2 U out to fix some problems with our printers and a few other issues that had been niggling annoyances and while Gordon was here, one of our computers unexpectedly crashed. Gordon stayed on and helped get the computer back to good working order. His knowledge of computers and their quirks is exceptionally high and his advice and tips were great for speeding up process and avoiding pitfalls. From a small business point of view his fees were very reasonable.… Will certainly be using Gordon and PC Wiz 2 U when we inevitably have more computer or networking problems

100%"Even though it was New Year\'s Eve, Gordon came earlier than the time we booked for. He really is an expert in computer problems. My computer had problems to function properly for days and Gordon solved the problems in 20 mins and showed me various ways and methods to rescue computers. He has great knowledge on computers and he is very generous to share. I strongly recommend Gordon/PC Wiz 2U to everyone, and will definitely hire them again for any computer related problems. 100%"I have used Gordon\'s services several times over the years - from upgrading a computer or fixing a problem. I have always found him to be quick, reliable and doesn\'t make you spend large sums of money unnecessarily. This time was no exception. My new toy was built to the specs I wanted.
I recently had him fix my mothers computer and she was very pleased with the results. Her computer is running better now than when she first brought it.
