  "Plumbcraft were used by the company building our house for all the plumbing, septic tank and solar heating work. After several problems along the way including not having the septic tank in working order the day we moved in, the final straw was when Sean failed to give us the paper work necessary to receive the $500 EECA solar heating subsidy rebate he said we would get if we bought the solar heating system he suggested. He wouldn't return my calls about it and I finally found out he had opted… out of the scheme after selling it to us. He definitely does not value his customers. Beware!"

  "Correct we did not issue any paper work to this woman as she had not paid an account that was outstanding. Once paid paper work was issued, i admit we did not get paper work back to her promptly but we didn’t take 6months like payment of her account. Also the property did not have a septic tank but a waste water treatment system. When phoned by supervisor I asked if had been wired up. He informed me it just had and he could hear pump working. When the tank had not emptied over night I went straight to site on a Saturday morning and found the electricians boss repairing all the incorrect work his employee had done, eg hooking up Alarms that were missed and the pump that was not wired to anything. Tradesmen steer clear of this woman as she thinks she understands construction and does not have the faintest idea. "
