None of these plumbing companies either gave me a phone estimate or they didn't turn up to give me a quote. Today I phoned Regency and what a friendly person on the other end(Nikki)
I asked her everything I had asked the other companies and she blow me away with the information that she just rattled off. Very impressed and if I do decide to get my dishwasher installed I will use Regency Papkura for sure."

Tania says: "Called on a Sunday as our Limiting Valve had burst. Guy arrived promptly to fix it, and seemed to do a good job. Was here about half an hour.
He then presented me with a piece of paper on which he'd written the total amount to pay - $534.37. It seemed expensive. I asked if I could have a breakdown of what exactly I was paying for - how much was parts, how much was labour, etc. He said he couldn't give it to me but I'd get an itemized invoice in the mail. I didn't - I got an invoice with just the total written on it and no breakdown. That was a month ago. Since then I've phoned them twice and emailed them once and still no itemized invoice. I complained (in writing) as a rude office girl gave me no details of the bill until 3rd phone call. I asked for a refund of the half hour overcharge.. All I got was a $20 voucher for next job. We made arrangements for someone to come and quote the job that afternoon at a specified time. Again, great service I thought. They even told me that if they could make it earlier they would call and let me know. So I waited at home at the specified time....they never turned up. Didn't even have the courtesy to call and cancel. So much for the "we'll turn up on time to get the job done" blurb on their website -they couldn't even turn up at all, let alone on time to quote the job. A big zero out of ten for customer service."
