The manager has provided on-going assistance for me and my new business and has offered to color match jobs for me free of charge.     "I have purchased paint at Resene for a number of years now and I must say I have always found staff to be friendly and helpful. I am also most impressed by the way junior and part-time staff are trained such that they are knowledgable about Resene product and decorating. When in doubt, they always ask a senior person so there is no going away with wrong advice or no answer.
    This is a marked contrast to some other "specialist" stores I've shopped in.
    The October sales are a great… opportunity to buy product at cheaper rates but there is a discount card system that ensures discounts can be had most of the time also.    "
