He rang me with the the cause of the problem and the solutions with cost options, all in plain girl english so I could understand the problem. We discussed the various options and chose the medium priced option and it was done on time, on cost and NEVER did he treat me like a girl who knows nothing.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL LADY CAR OWNERS!"

  "The job was a difficult one, hard to diagnose what was wrong with the car. It had already been to a number of Toyota and 4WD specialists. Shawn spent time researching the issue and managed to pinpoint the part that was creating the problem.

  A thoroughly professional approach to a mechanical challenge that had the experts stumped. Full information and explanation was given so that I felt I knew exactly what was occurring, in a field where I have absolutely no expertise. Would highly recommend… S&R Automotive, and I wouldn\'t hesitate to use them if I was in Auckland again with a vehicle problem."
