    "Bernie and his team replaced the shower liner in my ensuite shower.
    The new shower liner installed wasn't correctly sized by his team so is visibly bent at the bottom. Communications were very one-sided, as I had to initiate the majority of emails and calls. The overall quality of the job was acceptable, but required a follow up visit to clean up cracked silicone.    "

    "They are a recommended installer for Athena. Our shower installation is shoddy at best. Silicone everywhere even on flat surfaces where there are no joins, very sloppy application. Installed two glass shelves into the shower, both are severely crooked, one is leaning left to right and the other is leaning front to back, could have used a level! They are the focal point of the shower !!! Door handle screws were left loose. One glass panel is under pressure so every time it gets warm it… cracks very loudly and again when it cools down. most importantly the shower back wall is not sitting flush on the shower pan, so cleaning is a nightmare now. Really disappointing after you spend $2000 on a shower to have it installed so poorly. Do not recommend them and would not use them again."

    "Just wanted to say, your installation guy came out this morning. Didn't get his name, but he was fantastic. The nicest guy ever who fixed my tiny (almost pathetic) problem. Didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time like some do, was pleasant and very professional. Great start to the day."

    "Tried to get this firm back to repair a shower that they installed some years back. Spoke with Bernie and emailed him photos of problem etc. He promised to come around to have a look at it. We had one no-show and then nothing. Tenant managed to speak with someone in their office once and she promised to get back to him but never did. After six weeks of phone and email messages, finally got an email from Bernie, fobbing us off. Terrible service."

    "I had other plumbers to install a shower, vanity and toilet but missed the fine print that the liner and door was not included in their quote. So I had to ring several installers to get a quote and availability to do the missing part. The price was very good and the best thing was that I\'ve got an installer the next day and on time as communicated.

    "Such an easy way to get a new shower installed, we went to a showroom and chose one we liked the look of, (after he gave us some good recommendations of brands to consider) told Bernie which one we liked and he took care of the rest for us, including making sure that we got the ones with the waste in the right place etc... He has put in three for us now and they are great, and backed by a guarantee he gives for all of his work. Frankly I find anything to do with bathrooms and plumbing is not… consumer friendly, but this is a very easy option if you need a shower installed. Great service, thanks Bernie and team!"

    "I had a small-ish job done by Shower Installation Services involving re-installation of a shower that had been poorly fitted. They provided a competitive quote with others we recieved and knew exactly what was involved and how to go about it, unlike others who quoted. The work done exceeded our expectations and was completed quickly and close to the quoted price. Bernie and his team were always friendly and helpful and explained the work clearly. Would definitely use again or recommend to… anyone."
