I have 16 years experience as a builder in the residential field, primarily renovations. Much of my work has been in the higher to premium end of the market although I am happy to consider any renovation job. I take a great deal of pride in my work and always ensure that the finished product is as good as it can be. My clients describe me as a careful and conscientious builder. I am completely honest and straight-up. What you see is what you get. |

Nigel says: "Stefan's level of workmanship and attention to detail has to be some of the best I have seen in a long time. That was a breath of fresh air and once he started, we knew it was going to be a job well done!
The only thing I would say he needs to work on is managing the customer expectations. He did not communicate that he would go significantly over budget even though I had specifically asked him to keep me updated as the project progressed. This unfortunately did leave us with an overall bitter / sweet impression of his services.
If you want a job done to a very high standard and reliably, Stefan is your man. Just keep the communication going to remain across the budget to avoid any surprises."
