    "Very good service from AnneMarie who responded promptly and pleasantly to all my e-mails. Ian's first response to my technical queries was a personable and very helpful e-mail, advising me of all options and making recommendations. Once I was good to go Annemarie co-ordinated everything. Ian was prompt and very pleasant. The work was carried out in an efficient and safe manner and he tidied up after himself - (I was more embarrassed about he amount of dust at the back of my TV!).
    Ian… installed new aeriel and equipment, reused materials he could and took old stuff away. Demonstrated equipment explaining technical matters clearly and simply without making me feel like an idiot- giving helpful tips about best use of gear.

    I thought the cost reflected the service and professional nature of the work and I have already recommended the Telefix team to others.    "

    "I had a connection problem with my iPad dock speakers which Ian has fixed — they're working perfectly now!

    He was busy at the time and took a little longer to complete the work, but I wasn't in a hurry for it in any case. Just wanted a good quality job, which is what I got. Annemarie kept me up to date with the scheduling by email, which was appreciated.

    The power cord for the speakers was accidentally left at the premises, but Annemarie was good enough to deliver it to me in Torbay,… which saved me the trouble of going to Northcote to collect it. Thanks Annemarie!"

    "My wharfsdale speakers Were so old the rubber had perished. Also little fingers over the years had done some damage. Telefax took the speakers away to fix. The cost of repair was very reasonable and has restored them to their former great sound. I'm so pleased as the cost of replacing them is quite high. Thanks so much."

    "The TV aerial wasn`t working in the house we moved into and having used Ian twice before around the city, I was pleased he would come as far as Orewa. He tracked the fault down to a couple of faulty connections in the ceiling, replaced the antiquated aerial and made sure all three outlets were working. Then charged less because it took longer than usual to fix! He proved once again that a technician of his caliber is well worth waiting a couple of days to secure, rather than the first available… but unknown serviceman. Telefix rocks!"

    "After a winter storm our TV reception became pretty poor, seemingly from aerial damage.
    I called telefax & one of their fine folk popped around within a couple of days, arriving at the time agreed.

    They realigned the aerial, and even removed the old aerial that was cluttering up the roof."

    "We had an unused sky dish blown loose, flapping around on the roof after one of Auckland's Easterly storms. Telefix came round and removed it, put silcon in the screw holes and even took photos and emailed them me. Quick, fast and reasonable. Great stuff."

    "I contacted these guys looking for someone to fix my home movie projector which had an intermittent fault causing it to turn itself off during the start of a movie...very annoying!!
    Ian managed to fix my unit where others did not want to touch it including Panasonic Service Dept themselves.
    I was so impressed with the service I immediately got Ian to sort out a Sky TV tuning problem I also had.
    Highly recommended; I will certainly be using the Telefix team again should the need arise and… without hesitation recommend to all.

    "I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Sandra and Annemarie were highly communicative on email, and Ian was quick, efficient, friendly and trustworthy. Aerial installed, phone jacks fixed, TV tuned, the job was done in next to no time flat. And if Ian doens\'t get a prize for being the nicest guy in the world, then I don\'t know who does.

    "My TV aerial was blown from my chimney on a Sunday. It fell in a precarious position across my roof and overhanging a neighbour's garden. I telephoned first thing on Monday morning. Sandra was friendly, helpful and receptive to my concerns and, despite an already full schedule, Ian was here within a few hours. He removed (and took away) the aerial that was no longer required and re-installed the other. I was most appreciative of this prompt and efficient service."

    "I\'d bought and installed an aerial myself in order to fix pretty awful TV reception; had to adjust the aerial after that 3 or 4 times and still spent a year suffering with bad reception on some channels.

    I just wish I\'d called Telefix in the first place. Ian had a new aerial up and correctly aligned in no time and it\'s been perfect since. The communication in arranging when to come was excellent; he came when he said he would and overall it was a great job. Can\'t recommend the team… highly enough."

    "these guys are brilliant! As we\'re living overseas we had to communicate via email and get our unit couriered to and from Telefix. Nothing was a problem and everything was completely quickly and in detal. I hope we don\'t have to use them again (!!) but have no hesitation recommending their services. well done telefix!"
