"Not happy that I get charged for a visit which did not result in an effective repair, I then had subsequent visits which eventually fixed the original problem. There was no communication from them, I constantly had to phone and find out what was happening, I asked for an update on billing, and was told \"oh, I will just send it out when done, won\'t be too much!\" Overall, while the repair was eventually carried out I found the whole set up very unprofessional, and we wont use them… again. We are still disputing the final bill, if you buy something and take it back you do not get charged twice do you"

"Murray has always worked effortlessly to fix problems with my ageing pool. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty and has always managed to rectify every problem, from successfully salvaging a submerged pump, (needed new bearings), to a pool cover, to sorting out our filtration problems. His knowledge of why the pool water was the "wrong colour" sorted out the problem and saved us time and money last year and during this year as well. Murray is a very experienced, practical… and knowledgeable man in the pool business (having been in the business for many years now), and knows his stuff. His electrical skills have also solved pool motor control situations as well.
His word is his bond. He has also been able to find very economical ways to fix older pieces of equipment - again saving money and restoring functionality.

"Refeshing to deal with a person who knows what he is talking about and gets in and does the work quickly and economically. We had been given a lot of advice from various people. But Murray determined the problem quickly and his steps to correct it backed up what he had said. He will be the first man we will call in the future."
