Kim says: "Gavan and Shane were stars on our moving day, we live in the Waitakere Ranges and our house had one of those very steep difficult driveways, I was concerned as to whether the removal van would make it to the top, but they handled it like they drove up it every day.
Gavan was well prepared with the correct vehicle for the driveway, and neither Shane or Gavan stopped all afternoon and the move was done with as little stress as possible.

Stephen says: "I needed a dining suite to be shifted from Mairangi Bay to Newmarket the next day. I called around 7 or 8 pm or so the night before - I think it was Pam(?) answered the phone and said she would speak with Gavan and call me back. She did that night said that they could do the job - which Gavan and his team did faultlessly the next day at a reasonable price. Communication and service were tops.
