Mike says: "Thiis was my experience with Troy...Set up a time and asked Troy to contact me before arriving (because we have a dog), This part was great, Troy emailed back quickly and was very accommodating. Then waitied 20mIns after the appointment time & tried phoning-no answer-so sent Troy a text. He texted back with quote..."was there at (the appt time) till 10 past waitin for gate to open waving out no one ready i had to go next job. My text back was "I did ask you to contact me before arriving I will find someone else to do the job - cheers". No reply to my text after that. "

From the first contact he was very polite and helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. he turned up when he said he would and when there was a small delay in supply of the roofing material, he let me know and rescheduled. He tidied up well and even cleaned out leaves from the gutter while he was there. Overall I was very pleased and would happily recommend Troy and use him again in the future."
