  "Dealing with Mark was great. Not only did he sell us the property about he sold it after we did it up. Mark was on time and always had feed back that was helpful. He also sold the house with 6 weeks which is fast in this market.

  "I would absolutely recommend Grant Cederwall to anyone looking at selling their home.

  After having our property listed with another firm for over 11 weeks, with limited interest and a hefty advertising bill, we were disillusioned with the entire selling process. The previous agent blamed market conditions and we were resigned to staying where we were despite our growing need for slightly more space.

  Grant and the Tommy’s team took the property on and by day two following numerous… viewings we received an offer from a lovely couple who loved the house as much as we did and we were unconditional a day later!
  
  With a large strong and professional team we were absolutely thrilled with the result that Tommy’s achieved for us. After a period of real estate and open home fatigue, we were thoroughly impressed with their service and approach. While I had come across Tommy’s when purchasing houses I had never sold a house through them before.
