Wasted no time in getting the job done. We were happy to note that they take great pride in their work and we appreciated the helpful suggestions they gave us to make the garden look good. Kept their word to clear all the rubbish even if it meant working overtime. Our garden can "breathe" now because they did such a great job.
Although we were initially nervous about employing a company we knew nothing about, we are now really happy we used Tree Fellas. We appreciated the fact that Jeremy was courteous enough to call ahead if he knew he'd be delayed, and marketing-minded enough to give us a follow-up call after the initial meeting. We benefited from his sage advice and excellent comunication as he explained what he wanted to do with each tree - advice that led to healthy trees while maintaining a canopy of privacy for our property. As for Adrian, his great attitude, excellent manners, pleasing personality, careful work, and exceptional work ethic were unparalleled. Danny says: "The professional approach by Jeremy, Peter and Adrian to the tasks required was always evident especially when asked for advice and comment for the overall garden layout that might involve further use of their skills. The team approach was also noticable with the additional dedicated attitude from both Vaughn and Cory in both the required tree and rubbish clearing, even to getting rid of rubbish not of their making. The communication was also excellent especially with the advent of wet weather that required a necessary delay. When the work did get underway, the efficiency and dedication to the required clearing was most noticable.
