90%"I chose these guys because they have a range of stone that they buy in bulk so it's cheaper than elsewhere. They came a day earlier than expected and finished the following day. They did have to drill in situ for a few screws around my cooktop, and unfortunately the dust got into the drawer runners below and they don't work the same even after thorough vacuuming. It's a lovely finish - they did a good job of joins and sealing round the edges, and it all fit perfectly. 95%"We received a beautiful engineered stone bench from Trethewey, within the timeframe we required. The day our bench was to be deilvered it was accidentally broken whilst loading onto the truck. An honest mistake which we were informed of immediately and promised a new bench within days. They sourced new stone, worked all weekend and we had out new bench within the revised timeframe, which was still within the constraints of our overall kitchen install plan. A huge bunch of flowers was delivered… promptly after the first bench was broken which was a lovely gesture.
