    "Initial job fine, but after a couple of months, the phone jack stopped working. When I asked this company to return to sort out the problem, I was told that we must have been 'playing around' with the phone jacks - we absolutely had not, and then we were expected to pay him for petrol costs, for him to return to sort out the problem which was in no way our fault. Not happy with his work ethics at all."
