    "IT WAS GREAT TO GET SOMEBODY WHO COULD DO EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED DOING, RATHER THAN HAVING TO CALL LOTS OF DIFFERENT TRADESMEN. PAT WASHED MY HOUSE FROM THE ROOF TO THE DRIVEWAY. FIXED MY FENCE AND REPAIRED BRICKWORK AS WELL AS PAINTING AN INTERIOR ROOM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WELLKEPT AND WILL BE USING THEM ON A FEW OF MY PROPERTIES."
