It was our pleasure to have worked with tiger transport for our move.
Kyle was fantastic and prompt in arranging a team for us last minute. The team arrived before time, and promptly started their work.
The transport of all our things was done very carefully and professionally.
The team of 6 guys were fantastic. A big shout out to the team: Johno, Dane, Jordan, Talent, Vai & Caiden!!! Always smiling and diligent. They were extremely helpful and were very quick. We… appreciated the after hours time they put in.
Kyle and David were both super generous with their time always answering their mobile phones and answering all our questions.
We would recommend tiger transport to all our friends. We are extremely grateful for all the people who made our move successful and stress free today.

On the day, $ 500 damage done to a door frame and washing machine dropped on its face.
I communicated this straight away, then had to follow up as no response.
Was asked to send photographs, which I did, no response.
Followed up with a phone call, was told they will look into it, no response.
Sent a quote for the damage to be repaired, no response.
Sent my proof… of payment to fix the door frame, no response.
So here I am 3 weeks later leaving a poor review. Sales communication was great, but once the job is done, no one interested in resolving any problems. I have since paid to have the frame repaired as the new owners are moving in.
Would definitely recommend and use these movers again!

On moving day he Bazza and Lo did an efficient, safe and careful job of moving our pre-packed boxes and loose items. Kyle… was good at pointing out the damage that had already been done on bits of our furniture and the whole move was carried out with super speed, respect and safety. Worth the extra dollars. And the additional man to do the job too.

On the Friday I was not at the retirement village when the furniture was delivered my younger sister was with Mum and what those that delivered did was above and beyond in that as I understand it they stayed until Mum and… my sister arrived and then moved all of the furniture to where it was to be placed and moved all of the boxes so they were close to where the contents were to be put away.
Once again superb service and happy to recommend to anyone
I fourth vendor refused to quote my move because of the driveway. Tiger not only… managed it, but they managed it well. A simply wonderful team to work with. If you are moving, book them early. Their calendar is usually full.

My moving crew this time were Anthony and Rusty. They turned up on time as promised. These guys are legends! They know how to load a truck to capacity and maximise the space. They treated every item with care and seemed to be able to lift heavy objects with extreme ease. They even… handled moving a large safe! All on a humid day and always with a smile. Well mannered, polite lads, but with a great sense of humour.
I would highly recommend Tiger Transport without hesitation. Fast and easy communication and wonderful service from the whole team. . Thank you once again. I hope not to move again for a while, but if I do it will be with Tiger.

"I would like to write this email in regards to my move with Tiger Transport on Friday May 20th 2016.
When I called Tiger Transport, it was through a Facebook page suggestion, and I had really left the move to the last minute ? there was really only 10 days or so before I moved that I needed a company to use. You were funny, but polite and caring about my needs and made me laugh when I knew my time was running out. You assured me it was no problem and would have two of your best… guys there on that Friday morning at 8 am. I thought, yeah, yeah, Ive heard that before! But, I got up and was ready to go for 8am. Sure enough, 7.55 am rolls around and two guys are walking down my driveway ? surely these aren?t the moving guys I asked for?! Umm, yes, they sure were! They had my entire house put in their truck in 45 minutes! I had only just come back with the coffees when they said they had finished and was there anything else! I was astounded! Not only had they turned up on time, but they?d packed my things in record time! It was rush hour and instead of taking the motorway (which would?ve taken ages, and therefore cost me more) they took the back roads! Again, astounded! They had unpacked all of my things and placed them where I asked in a timely and caring manner. They were chatty and easy to talk with and found them ever so professional. The cost was the cheapest I have ever come across, but it was the service that really shone on Friday.
Thank you Dave, everything you said to me was correct and you really opened my eyes to the actual cowboys I have used over the years. I will always use Tiger Transport for any other move I have as well as telling all my friends and family about your professionalism.
They are polite and very careful. Always asking advice from you.
If you are moving in the bays, these are the guys to use.
Great chat as well from them all. A real pleasure. We used a "cheaper company" to move out for our rennivations and that was the worst money we could have spent. Spend a bit more and get your things looked after!
They loaned us the protection blankets for a… week as out floor was newly treated. Good on ya Tiger

I highly recommend Tiger Transport / Taxi trucks for the reasons above. They had to rent a truck on the day to be able to fulfill my job and did it seamlessly.
Move day - they were prompt. Very clean truck and extremely well mannered. They accommodated to all our requests and took great care to move stuff into the truck and then back into our new… house. They were very careful with the items and not to scratch the walls etc.

Carlos Torres was the customer service rep who took our enquiry and he was great with his prompt and clear communication over email and on the phone. He visited our house to give us a proper written quote too which was good.
The team turned up on time and were quick, efficient and friendly as you'd hope.
The price was as per the quote with no hidden surprises.
All in all I'd definitely use again and highly recommend too.

"Mike (the driver) and Phillip (the offsider) were awesome! They were so friendly and polite, and worked their butts off to get the truck loaded super-quickly. Everything was secured properly and when we got to the other end, everything was in great condition coming off the truck.
Nothing was too much trouble for them - Phillip even re-connected my washing… machine so I didn't have to worry about it.
I've already recommend Mike and Phillip to a friend and am going to request them for my next move.

"Arrived early 15min, pleasant intro and got down to it. Nothing missing, nothing broken. Extremely pleasant crew. Highly recommended. Our family used these guys 3 times over the last month (different crews) and all had the same great treatment.
My next move… hopefully they can help (to the cemetery ????) No more moving, its so stressful, so use these guys to ease the pain.
"Great communications at the start advising of a 10 minute delay to the start time.
The two guys (Rusty and Chris) cleared the house in no time, took real care of our stuff and the rental property. Very professional, friendly and really helped make the move go smoothly.
Same thing the other end - the whole move was done in under 3 hours.
We've used other professional movers who took nearly twice the time.
Next time we move we'll… be asking for these guys!

"They were a wee bit late, and the office did forget to call in and advise us, but it was no problem and they were apologetic. The cost was probably not the… cheapest in the market, but after using the cheaper ones in the past and regretting it - I was more than happy to pay for it, and it was well worth it.
More importantly, they were good dudes. Honest, hard working and polite. I'd have them around for dinner any day!

For what it is worth we used JOHN SCOTT REMOVALS in the past and they were ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. POOR SERVICE, HUGELY… OVERCHARGED, WE FELT COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF - DON'T GO NEAR THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.
Enough said. :o)
From the start the communication was excellent with prompt communication from the Head Office, and Kyle did a great job in understanding what we needed.
Nick, Keron and Dewit turned up on time,… and worked really hard. Always cheerful, polite and respectful with us, and with the furniture! They even asked if we wanted any help with shifting anything around after they had moved it all in.
We will definitely use them again if we move, and will be telling everyone how good they are too. Great job guys - thanks!

We recently organised a move for our parents from two pick-up points in Auckland to one location in Whangarei. The correspondence we had with David and Kyle (via telephone and e-mail) was both helpful and professional, so that organising everything leading up to our parents' move was easy and efficient.
The guys Nick and Andre arrived on time, they were efficient at each location, they took care of the items that they were shifting and were… pleasant and approachable. After our parents arrived in Whangarei, we received a message from them saying that Nick and Andre were "wonderful and nothing was any trouble, and they took all the heavy stuff up the stairs". Our parents also said that they were "more than happy with the price they paid". The cost for the entire job was hard to beat (and believe me, we did our research and got quotes from a lot of furniture moving companies).
Since the transition was smooth, the experience was pleasant, and the cost was more than reasonable, I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TIGER TRANSPORT, for all your transporting needs!!

Jeremy (Walker), Roman(Galloway) and Hamish (Kingi) were confident they could pull it off. I (the client) was as nervous as hell, but the guys' professional confidence said "let them have a go". They did it perfectly.… And they're good guys. Price was excellent. I'd hire them again without hesitation.

I move from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom unit on Saturday, single level, which only takes 15 mins drive. But end up I need to pay $1,000 for the move. Just a tyipical family with 2 little kids. And the movers said the volume is acceptable. Even the movers are surprised with the charges.
The back office just kept calling me for the same questions and very bad arrangement to what I have asked. I won’t use this company… anymore! The movers themsevles are good and nice but not directly employees.
