    "My domain wasn't renewed despite a payment for renewal two months prior to the due date and as a consequence my website went offline. No phone contact available,in fact the phone numbers were disconnected. My email bounced.
    To recap, no website, no ability to contact and seek support!
    I have now moved my domain and hosting but still get monthly invoices from 24/7 I guess they are hoping that having paid for services I haven't received in the past that I will do so again!

    "Absolutely Useless! I paid for two domains for my company, three days later they were still "Pending" registration, and able to be purchased by someone else through any other domain name site. Sent two tickets over 4 days asking how much longer it would take, no response. 0800 number is no longer connected. Gave up waiting, went to another company and had my domain names sorted within 10 minutes. I'm just glad I only paid for the domains and not a year's worth of hosting as well. I noticed that Caleb (the owner of KLiB Technologies Group Ltd that runs 24/7) now has an Australian address. Don't even consider this company, it's a complete waste of time and money."

    "Do not touch these guys. I have only been with them 2 months and have had 11 issues with website and emails and you never get a response...the phone number is now disconnected and so is facebook etc.. a complete scam. Am looking frantically for a new host and dearly hope they will release my domain without any issues..."

    "This company has no support in place, there system will say something like 51mins response time, and the ticket is still waiting for a first response 4 days later. I have reseller hosting with them and out of the 8 websites only one is actually up and running. I can't get hold of their company as their phone numbers have been disconnected. I just purchased a domain name through them and I understood it could take up to 48 hours for it to transfer over, now 4 days later it still was unregistered and had to purchase again through another registrar. With no explanation they cancelled multiple domains which I had to re-purchase through a new registrar, even though they weren't due to expire for a few more months.

    This is really the worst customer support I've ever dealt with.

    "fraud company.. no emails no support.. even their toll free number is now disconnected and showing not in service. i applied for refund and they deleted my ticket. second time they charged me for renewal and did not renew the domain. .. moved all my domain to another provider. "

    "Finally had enough and moved all my sites off 24/7 on Saturday night to a new hosting company. All my sites had been offline for 36 hours. Phone, email and ticket support was non existent. Just the latest in a long saga with these clowns. Truly the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. I should really take them to the small claims court but just cant be bothered. Stay away - far, far away!"

    "I have never commented before but felt I needed to on this instance to help stop anyone else going through the same experience I have.
    After reserving 3 domains and purchasing their 'bronze' package hosting service ($180) we also paid a second invoice by mistake (also $180, a mixup between me and my lovely wife ;)) . The phoneline is a complete loop and after spending many infurating hours tryting to get hold of people I lodged online support tickets. Over the last 2 months these have been either not answered or 'closed' without any resolution. On the rare occasion I did hear from someone they asked vague questions that they had asked previously (and received answers for previously) as if merely stalling for time. Requests for the overpayment to be reversed have gone unanswered and after delaying my business plans for over 8 week and going through hours of calls, emails in the hope that someone would do SOMETHING I have moved all my domains and hosting elswhere. I still cannot decide whether this is a complete scam or just the worst service I have ever heard of... maybe a mix of the 2.

    "I must say I have never come across a worse un-professional, arrogant and suspiciously dodgy company like 24/7 Hosting.
    There phone support is a looping message that tells you to stay on the line a representative will answer your call after 20 minutes you are then told to send a support ticket.
    I think there support staff is two and they have live chat that is seldom on probably outsourced to another company.
    The guy who runs/ owns the business is Caleb, he is very arrogant. After I became suspicious I dug deeper this guy was on Fair Go Its not entirely related but there is no smoke without fire.

    My Vps kept locking me out for some strange reason I asked them to help find the reason but they never gave me an answer? At one point my websites were all down I couldn’t access my Whm to find a solution they had me begging for help for over three hours. Then they miraculously turned it all on again Caleb then run me down saying that he simply went in and turned it on which was bull. Every day I was hoping that that day I could actually get on with some work but nearly every day I had some kind of issue with these guys or I was left hanging waiting for support. In the month that I was with these cowboys I Never spoke to one person from support I tried ringing and every time it was the same loop and then told to send through a support ticket and I live in New Zealand. I now host in the Us and I have 24/7 support!

    I say to you now stay clear these guys they are cowboys, I finally moved everything off their server I have backup of every account and moved them to another account tested and transferred the domains secretly to the new server because I did not trust that they would just terminate my account as I read that is what he does. When I did finally tell them or Caleb to close my account he sent me a massage to go through my client areas and terminate my account, but before I could do it he did it for me.

    I have never wrote a review about bad service I don’t find the time and usually not worth the time but this I thought I should do it because I really don’t want anyone to go through what I went through it was a nightmare I actually lost a lot of sleep.

    I have also lost hours of productivity and money with these guys I say stay clear these guys they will one day hopefully be out of business and they will take you with them.

    "I have been a customer with 24/7 hosting for a long time, but have finally left disgusted at there practises. Initially they were helpful, but to the end they were closing requests without answering them. Once I transferred to another web hosting company we also noted that one of our domains which we had paid for a year in advance was due to expire months earlier than expected. We are still waiting for a response"

    "While everything started out well it didn\'t take long to turn to custard! Absolutely no response to tickets. Bloody useless. Half my clients can send it receive emails due to poor reputation of 24/7 hosting IP addresses. Mostly blocked all over the net. Any requests for 24/7 to sort are just ignored. Tried to buy new services for my account with no response. Just normal simple run of the mill queries totally ignored. Sites have also become slow and down frequently.

    Avoid these guys like the plagued! Also checkout scam busters nz on these guys."

    "These guys don\'t even deserve 1 star but I left the pricing option as is because they are reasonably priced - I have just had a 6 day nightmare with them and cancelled my hosting - I was trying them out to see if they are worth using for my clients and I am glad I tried them first! Seriously, I didn\'t realise anyone in New Zealand gave this bad customer service! I wasn\'t wanting to do anything difficult or abnormal but I asked a simple question and eventually, as they got ruder and I got no help, I cancelled. Get this - they sent me an email asking for feedback on the service - so i replied, to give them a chance to say \"hey, sorry, we mucked up, we\'ll make sure it doesn\'t happen again\" and they were rude to me AGAIN! I don\'t know why they bothered to ask for feedback..."

    Emailed them numerous times, with no response. No phone number to ring. Took weeks to resolve while the clients domain was in limbo.

    "While initial service was good, after the first week it was just nonexistent. Service requests were just closed with no response. What really annoyed was that I signed up on the 15th of the month and expected my credit card to be debited on the same day each month. After the 2nd or 3rd month, it was being debited on a different date each time, always PRIOR to my renewal date. One month it would be the 12th, the next it would be the 8th or the 6th of the month. It seemed like it was getting earlier and earlier. I emailed for billing support and it was just closed off with no response. The final straw was not being able to make any updates to domain details for weeks on end. I ended up having to engage the DNC and 24/7\'s domain reseller partner in order to move the domains away from them which involved a LOT of physical paperwork, a LOT of faxing and a LOT of phone calls to an overseas company. DON\'T TOUCH THEM with a 50 foot barge pole... not even a virtual one!"
