    "If there was a zero rating I’d definitely give this company that! ????PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
    Should’ve read all the reviews first before coming to these rip offs.. All I wanted was a mechanic to come to my location and have a look at my car cause it was having trouble starting (battery issues).. but ended up getting sucked into getting my car towed out to their Onehunga workshop, Got told by a mechanic named “Josh” that the tow truck was going to be free but that was all a lie cause I ended up getting charged for it in the ‘call out’ fee..When I received my quote I decided to opt out straight away cause they were going to charge me $1,426 for all these other unnecessary problems, plus I wanted a second opinion from another mechanic.. long story short I arrived at the location on where my car was, noticed that the workshop was “open” so I spoke to the mechanics there, they were happy for me to take my car if I paid for the services that they done which was the ‘call out’ and the ‘scanning’ fee’s, paid this even though I disagreed with a few my keys from them then drove off without any issues. Thought everything was fine until I received a disturbing phone call on my way home from this muppet “Simon” who also pretends to be “Chris” saying that I trespassed onto their property, threatened his technicians and forcefully took my car from them? Never in my life have I had anyone yell, swear and threaten me the way this guy did. Disgusting behaviour! I had every right to check on my car regardless if the workshop was open or closed cause I had suspicions that my car wasn’t there and I wanted to make sure it was safe cause they sounded so dodgy on the phone as they told myself and two other family members 3 different locations. turned out my car was parked all the way up the road away from their workshop so no I did not trespass to get my car, the mechanics there were very cooperative and happily gave me my keys after I paid so no I did not threaten or forcefully take my car.. I have receipts and other evidence to prove that I paid if this “Simon” AKA “Chris” dude decides to take this further.. He’s just mad cause his scamming plan didn’t work with me. Just because I wanted to get a second opinion from another mechanic does not give him the right to BULLY me.

    THIS GUY thinks its okay to verbally Abuse, Yell, Scream and Swear at My Daughter after deciding she did not want to use his mechanical services.
    THIS GUY tells her he owns HER car if its at his workshop.
    THIS GUY tells her she has no right to check on her car that the workshop was shut. It wasn't.
    THIS GUY lost his temper because she wanted to take it to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion. She rightfully paid the $75 call out plus $85 diagnostic fee - no actual work had been done. The mechanic onsite handed over the keys and she was on her way.

    Not even 5mins had passed then THIS GUY phoned my daughter and proceeded to act like a Belligerent Twat.

    THIS GUY earnt a phone call from Me and was Schooled that BULLYING IS NOT OKay, that how dare he threaten, swear and verbally abuse anyone especially My Daughter. His babbling response of denial which led to "she was on my property and I'm calling the police and sueing for stealing her car" (go figure) to then hang up before I had a chance to unleash the wrath of a ****ed off Mother.

    THIS GUY won't pick up my calls so I can finish what HE started when he decided to pick on my daughter.

    Bottom line- I don't care who you are. If a young woman decides to change mechanics because she feels you are taking the **** and ripping her off, then she blardy well can. Costs incurred were paid no fuss no bother despite it not being worked on. But instead of letting her go about her day, you had to chase her up and abuse the f**k out of her on the phone. Bad Move!

    This kinda **** needs to stop. Simon Jitendrah Singh you are a Bully and you picked on the wrong kid. I'm not here to call you names like you did my daughter, that opportunity will be afforded at another time. I'm here to expose you and I will call you out!

    Apologise to my daughter and this will all go away. If you don't then social media is the platform where Karma will take care of you.

    Since when does a Mobile Mechanic Service take your car when your not at home then says you can't see your car and cannot go to the workshop. I Call Bull****.

    Btw Turns out the car only needed a new battery contrary to the $1426 that was quoted.

    They did a job for me that took 3 months (driveshaft changed) instead of 1 week as agreed and I have to report to the POLICE that my car was stolen because they didn't want to give me any information.

    Price was so expensive that when doing the invoice they couldn't remember what was the amount...

    Got my car back after 3 months waiting and find out that they have damaged the front and back bumper (quite obvious damaged) so they fixed it and painted it but the color wasn't the same at ALL! It was a Matte finish instead of a glossy.

    I will never recommend them for sure and avoid contacting them as well !!!!

    "Don’t even attempt to call these fools

    No even going to go into detail, but my wife was at home with our newborn alone for 2 weeks while they had the car, got it back yesterday after a hefty payment and nothing fixed

    I plead to anyone, if you know their physical address please respond

    They can’t keep doing this, it’s a disgrace "

    "WARNING!!! TOTAL RIP OFF. Charged for work not done and parts not replaced. Prices were excessive to boot. My son called these monkeys do repairs while we were away after vehicle failed to start. Charged $245 for a distributor that was not replaced...still old parts on vehicle. $345 for front hub...still old parts on vehicle. $85 for a scan after they had already said the distributor cap was bad, which they did not replace. Replaced front rack but alignment not done or recommended. Wore two good front tyres worn to the wire on a 1,000 kilometer trip, even though they had just passed WOF inspection. I took it to tyre shop for new tyres and alignment. Alignment was out -32.9mm. Cost me another $375. Tyre shop said only thing done to front end was rack. Along with other questionable repairs the bill was $2,300.96. Man, I got burned by this shop!!!"

    "Disgusting service
    $2116.00 and a week to find out why a Commodore alternator light wouldn't go off and then fix it. They replaced the alternator which didn't fix it so they took it back to the garage.
    They were told we couldn't be without the car for too long as it was needed for someone with a severe medical condition.
    Would never use them again!!!

    "Had an absolute nightmare with these guys. Monday morning my car didn't start and couldn't jump start it, so mobile mechanics were a good option as i thought it was battery problem. Called them the same day and they said someone will come next day. Next day i thought nobody came but they called i the evening that it has ignition problem and they have to tow it to the workshop. The tow didn't arrive till the late next day and when they came up with diagnosis was already Friday. They claimed it had a faulty alternator and gave me a huge quote. After talking to another mechanic i decided to refuse the offer and tow it to another workshop so asked them to invoice me. I received the invoice soon but the sum on it was much higher then separate items so asked them to correct that. It took them till beginning of next week to do that, after a couple of calls. And then comes waiting for the tow to arrive. They kept saying it s coming shortly while it actually took 2 days and about 10 of my phone calls for it to happen. After other mechanic checked it up turns out nothings wrong with the car and it starts normally. So it turns out it was probably something very minor but they wanted to scam me for about 1000$ claiming it had faulty alternator, and then still i had to pay for the tow while the car was actually starting. Oh and by the way the usb car charger was gone after their service."

    "Very unprofessional to deal with . Took my car back to the workshop ; without doing any paperwork or even telling me where the workshop was. Said there would be "no extra charge" , but there later was . After diagnosis , they wanted my credit card details so they could buy the parts in Australia . After having in the meantime come across all the bad reviews of them online , I decided to get the car taken to an AA approved repairer . They charged me immediately for this , but it took them 1.5 hours longer than they said . I had to ask for an invoice . The new repairer sourced ALL the parts locally ; so I would guess Auckland Mobile Mechanics' credit is no good at local suppliers. They said an exhaust shield was missing , but the new repairer said that part never existed. After reading the reviews , I just had an instinct they would pad the bill and there would be delays , so it was worth their undisclosed extra $91 "inspection fee" ( as well as the agreed callout and towing fees ) to get the car into a safe pair of hands ."

    "This was the worse service I have ever experienced. The total lack of respect and communication was appalling.
    Nobody seemed to know what has happening with my car. I spoke to the worker James who tried to spin me a story about what was happening. When I questioned him, he could not even tell me what colour or make my car was. I was then told he would find out and call me back. I never received a call and had to follow up hours later myself. This happened several times.

    I was quoted $430+ GST. When the work was finally done and I went to collect the car, I was given an invoice (with my incorrect details on it) close to $700. When I questioned why it was so much more than the quote and what the GST worked out to be, the worker was hesitant to sort the issue. When I refused to pay the extra without an explanation, the manager Simon was rung, Simon tried telling me the car took longer than expected. I made my complaint to the manager who apologized for the service and allowed me to pay the original quote. Simon ensured me he would speak to the staff involved and email me the next day with the actions being taken to resolve issues. I have not received an email a week later.

    The service was horrible, the premises was disgustingly dirty, and the staff appear are out to con you. Little pride is taken in the work by the Mobile Mechanics Team. I would not recommend this organisation to anybody.

    I wish I could rate them less than a zero!!

    "When I first called and made the appointment for the inspection the guy confirmed it was going to be $80 for half and hour. So the guy turned up earlier then expected without any phone call detected the fault. From there they offered a free quotation and wouldn’t confirm a time for a pick up, nor any address confirmation to which garage it was going to then the guy just took the car keys without any paperwork or invoice. I was a bit suspicious about the whole situation. So I called to cancel the quotation after 15 phone calls they eventually answered the phone with such disrespectful manner and gave me the incorrect address at like 6:30pm. Not sure why they couldn’t just give the correct information. The next day I called to pick the car up and the price for inspection. It was $70 for the call out and $80 for scan. Also the guy had no patience and kept saying hurry up at the time of the payment. These guys are scammers! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."

    "Total scam artist came through diagnosed verry quick and told me the car needed to be towd mmm i thought mobile mechanics suppose to do repairs on site.
    The car was towed away then after a week a big bill of over $800.00 for a fan belt now car broken down again and now they want $1700.00 outrages
    Ive now seen that he is well known as a scam and rip of and always blaming it on his one mechanic
    Beware of Simon he is a scan and no paper work well known in the industry as ive done a number of calls for advice and his well known as a scam artist even on google

    "Driver side car door would not open so called 24/7 Mobile mechanics on a Sunday afternoon. They said someone could come Monday and they arrived 2.30pm. Mechanic explained car would need to be towed to their base in Manurewa but should be fixed same day. Tow truck didn't arrive until 4.45pm so car was not fixed same day. I called Tuesday and got a quote for fixing. I explained I needed car back by 4.30pm latest as had a meeting to get to at 6pm. By 4pm had heard nothing so called. Was told car was fixed and I paid over the phone. Simon said the car wouldn't be returned by 5pm due to traffic so I asked for it to be returned asap. To cut a long story short I was waiting at work until 8pm for my car and had made several phone calls to be told each time the car was on its way. Clearly it was no and I was lied to. Have since requested an explanation by phone, email and letter but have received nothing. Extremely poor customer service and would never use again. I have since done some research and noticed they have changed their name - used to be called Just Automotive and there are heaps of complaints about them."

    "This outfit was a disaster to deal with as soon as my car was taken away for repair.
    They seemed to understand what was going on and what needed repair in the beginning, then all of a sudden I needed a new cambelt, then another sensor of some sort.
    I had to call daily for updates because the owner had no idea what was going on. Car eventually turn up a week late and I have no confidence that any significant work was actually done.
    No sticker showing when the cambelt is due for replacement, no sticker showing when oil is due, car was returned without the dipstick, I was out of pocket $800+, no receipts for work done and an overall very poor standard of keeping the customer appraised of what was being done.

    I had to chase them daily...!!!

    To too it off, I took car to another mechanic and I was told he had doubts any work had been done at all

    I would in no way recommend this cowboy and cowgirl outfit to anyone.. ever.

    "After 4 phone calls and 3 missed appointments someone finally came out to see the vehicle. It was taken to the workshop and assurances given I'd get an update the next day. 3 phone calls and 4 days later I'm told its been fixed and I have to pay the bill before the car is returned. On a positive note, the car was fixed, but without question, the worst customer experience I've had in a long long time. I will not be using these guys again"

    "Fast reliable service. other mobile mechanical bussinesses brushed us off, but Just Automotive were so helpful and just really wanted to help us out.
    Thank you so much for your time anf efforts, our car was up and running in no time. Also we live over the shore. And the mobile mechanics arrived with 30min. Then towed our car to there workshop large in size!. Its was then fixed, and we had it deliverd to our door step the next day.

    I would recommend Just Automotive , as a fast reliable friendly service with staff who actually care!!!!"

    "Wow! The best. Sorry about the previous person, but man these guys Just Auto it all. I went to the shop in Yaldstem and they towed my car for free. No waiting needed, ordered the part, told me how much and how long and took it took less then the time they said, and cost less then what was quoted! So friendly, and so caring, I felt like I was in good hands.
    I felt lucky, but after speaking to some other regulars, this is the norm. So expect the best and you thats what you will get! Thanks Simon, Jillian and Mike. See you next time for sure. Thanks you times a million!"
