    "I feel I could write an essay on the very long drawn out experience we had with AA Premier Plumbing for our bathroom repairs. I was without a bathroom for nearly three weeks and had constant frustrations with him. Some of the main frustrations was: not turning up when said, things taking 4 times as long to be fixed or completed, old copper and parts going missing and being severely overcharged - claimed he was on site but wasn't and had long lunch breaks and would charge full days but only… work 10.30-11 to 3-3.30. When asked to stay another hour to finish the job so we could have water running (as we have two toddlers) he started an argument and tried to get out of it.

    Would not recommend him at all. Very unprofessional and the worst experience ever!!    "

    "I am a very unhappy customer after this experience. The shower continues to leak after 4 attempts by him to seal different parts - I was last told that the problem is bigger than this and the shower might need to be replaced, and that he will organise it through another party who can provide a warranty. I waited and waited and am still waiting, and the gentleman has not returned my phone calls for the last 4 weeks. Have already spent $400 on this job and it has gone down the drain. The only… good part was that he is an extremely nice person to deal with- polite and courteous and I could trust him with continuing the work at home in my absence."

    "This tradesman is orientaded costumer ripping. Higly overcharging hours spend on job, Some old fittings are disapeared (disposed or reused) and some reused and charged as new. Wery hard to get hold on him, and comunicate. Hi do not ansvering phones in the mornig and eavning (probarly to busy with gambling in casino or sleaping). Do not lend to him your key and let him work alone on your property. Hi requesting imediate payment \"his money\" (suggesting kash) or \"hi will take… back his material\". Be wery careful with this man to not get \"on hook\"
