"After surprised at the 100% positive reviews on tradesmen I Called Ac plus. Sam came and advised us of the options and gave a price. Not the cheapest but I accepted it.got the Mitsubishi heat pump installed in a week. Neat and tidy job. Professional and friendly too. I am happy to give them 100% ."

"Sam and his electrician installed a heat pump for us above doors in our lounge, when they eventually turned up 1 1/2 hrs late they did a good job and finished the job. Only downfall was a mess was left outside the doors, concrete etc and mess all over the floor upstairs where the electrician was with the powerboard. Otherwise competitive pricing and would recommend to use. "

"Hi Karla Thanks for the review. Sorry for the delay. We got stuck but I updated the delay to Andrew. We didn't expect a steel reinforced concrete there with 4 steel bars and the drilling was really challenging and took 1.5 hrs. We tried to call concrete driller , but no one wanted to come that far. Sorry for the mess. We did clean but I accept was not a good one."

"This wasn't an easy installation as it was positioned above a stairwell and an existing, very heavy, air conditioning unit had to be removed. All done with no complaints and a fair bit of bravery!

"Sam and his team did an excellent job.
We were able to get the 2 heat pumps installed on the date promised with no mess and no fuss.
Heat pumps are fabulous and house is very warm.
Would highly recommend using Sam and his team as they are extremely cost effective as well as efficient."
