    "I bought a voucher from Treat Me. Erol did not arrive as scheduled and did not respond to three phone calls and an email. When I finally contacted him, he tried to claim that he had emailed me and sent me text rescheduling to a day that didn't suit me. Then he tried to gaslight me. Now to try to get a refund from Treat Me.
    My advice - find someone else.

    "We brought a Treatme voucher for waterblasting our brick courtyard area and paths. Asked Erol if he could also try washing down some of the fibre cement fence panels. Happy with the end result. Would use their services again.

    "Bought a voucher for an exterior house wash through Treatme and proved to be a mistake as they did not turn up on two scheduled dates. On the first date when they hadn't arrived by the scheduled time I emailed to ask if they were still coming and they replied that they had rescheduled with no reason given. On the rescheduled date they just didn't turn up and did not respond to enquiries as to whether they were still coming. I had arranged to be at home on both days in case they need assistance with anything.

    Hoping to get a refund from Treatme due to non delivery of service

    "Erol washed down and rinsed our house very well today. We had bought a TreatMe voucher and our original booked date had to be cancelled because of Covid Lockdown 4. However, on just the 2nd day of Level 3, Erol managed to fit us in for our job, at a time he must have had to do a lot of re-bookings. We were very pleased with the result, including the windows, gutterings, downpipes, surfeits under eaves. We have not been able to reach the high areas of the house for the last few years and the house now looks wonderful. We are very happy with the value and will book again next year."

    "I bought a voucher off TreatMe for the exterior house clean and I could not be happier. Erol arrived on time on the arranged day and when I came home to see the finished job I almost cried. With happiness. I have a 2 storied house which had moss and mildew all over an exterior wall and spoutings were black as I can't reach them. The walls are spotless, spoutings look like new, windows are sparkling and not a cobweb (there were lots) or a speck of mould or mildew to be seen. I am absolutely satisfied and think I got excellent value for money."

    "External house clean - grab one voucher- didnt complete the job and broke my external sensor. Didn't communicate that they had actually completed the job, then refused to communicate since 48 hours had passed. Wouldn't use these guys at all. "

    "Like the previous comment - grab one voucher - after first contact giving me a time that I already told them I couldnt make no one got back to me. A week of emails, calls and texts to no avail. They just dont answer their phone. I did not want a refund - I wanted my oven cleaned - which I paid for...I would have been happy if someone had just rung me!!!"

    "avoid. got a grabone voucher for this company and actually getting hold of them was a real drag. emails and calls unanswered and messages not returned. they eventually got hold of me 4 days later only when i started the refund process with grabone and grabone emailed them. i checked to make sure they weren't being overloaded by grabone orders, and there wasn't many at all.

    we got their smallest voucher for 3 rooms to do our 2 bedrooms, and they didn't move the beds, nor did they ask if we'd like the beds moved (my wife was at the other end of house with the baby)

    if it was such a big deal moving a bed, my wife could have come and moved it for the fellow. while holding the baby.

    i did not chase up getting under the beds cleaned as i don't want to bother with them anymore.

    "Prepaid the money for the gutters to be cleaned on a 1 story house. When he arrived told us we had a 2 storey house because about 10% of it required a longer ladder & wanted more money. After discussion he agreed to clean them anyway. There was grass in some of the gutters which was removed but liittle else was cleaned. Asked him why they were still dirty, he said because we had agreed to only a basic clean (which we didn\'t) because we hadn\'t paid enough. Refused to clean them - kept going on about us having a 2 storey house.

    The gutters still had sludge in them- not clean under any description. I won\'t be back.
