"I had my water tank replaced and a new one installed about 5 years ago by AllPoints plumbers and the job was well done. Recently(this year)I needed a water leak in the bathroom fixed(Tom) and the toilet replaced and fixed(Paul). I found the whole team efficient and professional in their attitude towards me from Natasha(secretary)whose customer service was excellent, to Tom and Paul whose work was of top quality and whose professionalism was top notch, they explained what needed to be done and… then explained what they will be doing and wasted no time in doing the work. They even cleaned up and took away the bits and pieces. It’s hard finding tradesmen that are trustworthy and do good work( and there is no problems afterwards)and whose rates are so reasonable and that is why they will now be my plumbers if I need any work done in the future."

He took the time to explain the causes and options for solving it, including offering plenty of advice and different options to make sure the new cylinder would be fit for solar in the future. One week later he started on the job to replace the water and gas mains line, which was completed in a day to budget. "I was having new benchtops including a sink and new gas hob installed. I needed a plumber gasfitter at short notice to work in with the benchtop installers. Paul was great, he organised the work and got the timings worked out perfectly so everything was ready on time. Tomoaki turned up on time, disconnected the sink and gas hob quickly and then came back the next day to connect the new sink and hob. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I'm happy to recommend Allpoints… plumbing and will certainly use them again."

"We wanted to switch our hot water to mains as we were renovating our bathroom. We'd had a few quotes from different firms and cylinder companies, then read a review wishing they wished they'd approached a plumber directly. After doing a bit of research, I came across Allpoints plumbing and their great reviews so gave them a call. Paul was the only one who asked if he could come out and have a look at our place before quoting and in a few days, he'd been and gone. He was friendly,… professional and gave suggestions to help ensure that it all worked as well as possible once installed. Once we decided to go ahead Paul organised the job quickly and teed up an electrician and the guys that came to do the job and electrician were great all round. Paul came back the next day and checked the hot water temperature and adjusted it as needed, just brilliant service and follow up. All in all this was a painless process and I thank Paul and the team for our new (amazing) water pressure, it's going to make all the difference and we couldn't be happier. Will definitely get in touch with other plumbing needs, impressed all round with the quality of service here from a local company. Thank you!"

"Paul was great to communicate with and informed us promptly of all the requirements which would need to be met while doing any work under alert level 3. He provided us some detailed quotes and arranged a site visit after we emailed through some images of the shower that needed fixing. Richard came and finished the job in less than an hour. He was super-efficient and thorough. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend these guys!"

"Contacted Paul just before Christmas to replace toilet, he managed to fit us in within days. He informed us we had the wrong cistern and advised the best for the job, was able to change the next day, job completed very quickly and to a high standard of workmanship. Have used this company several times over the years and will again if needed. "There was a split pipe in the roof and the water was leaking inside as well as outside the house. I contacted AllPoint Plumbing and spoke to Paul. Like many others you will want to know cost, Paul got all details over the phone and provided a rough estimate which I understand it can be difficult for them too. He came onsite on his way to another jobs and inspected it as well. He came back on time and worked on it. He is really good, very happy on how he handled everything and completed the job.… He is my now my plumber."

" Great service, Ritchard promptly fixed the leak at my water main. Which had been sending my water bill northwards, He also reported there was a leak on the roadside of my meter. This was also very helpful as the Auckland Dams were low at the time, its all fixed now. Doing a great job & caring for our Environment is a double plus for me. "We had an issue with both toilets in our new home. Paul came out on the same day and was efficient and courteous, and diagnosed the issue; explaining to me exactly what was wrong. He sent Tom to complete the work once we had agreed on one of the options he gave to us. Tom was polite, did a good job, and left both bathrooms clean and tidy once he had finished. Once I'd paid the invoice, Paul contacted me almost immediately to apologise and said that I had been overcharged, and arranged to credit… back the difference straight away. I couldn't have asked for more professional and honest plumbers. I've already let a few people locally know about these guys in case they're ever in need of a plumber, and we will certainly call on them again for work we have planned for the future."
