"Unfortunately I was unaware of this site before employing Allroof to replace our roof. When the roof was going on they offered to install some of the insulation (already purchased by myself) at the same time. The main guy in charge stood there and lied to my face about where it had been installed. A check afterwards confirmed my suspicions about it not being done as asked. The roof itself appeared to have been installed well except 12 months on developed a leak which took them a few weeks to… fix. There is several thousand dollars worth of damage to the inside of the house as a result which they admit they are at fault for and their insurance will fix it. 6 months on after constantly hassling them and the Gerard company, the damage is not fixed. The Gerard company do not seem to care about the behaviour of their installers hence we are not using their product for the two other roofs we have to get replaced despite us liking the product. Legal proceedings will be happening soon against Allroof. Basically they talk nice but are a pack of liars and are not to be trusted."

"Dont be fooled by the fact they are \"Gerards Certified Roofer\"
Quality of the roof installed was so poor the roof was replaced 2 times in its entirety before Gerards come to the party and had the roof installed (with another installer) for a 3rd time.
Doesn\'t say much for Gerards.

Wouldnt use Gerards again as they still have this company as a Certified Installer, 3 months after being removed from the building site.
