    "We are very happy with the new ensuite bathroom that the team developed and built for us. (Both of us delight in using it each day because It has such a great ambiance and is so eay to keep clean.) We were kept informed of what was going on at every step of the job. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. We feel comfortable working with Arrow Plumbing because of their integrity and wish to do it right first time attitude.We highly recommend them as they are truly a one stop shop."

    "Arrow Plumbing & Gas staff were highly knowledgeable, providing straight-up advice on the best fittings and solutions for our needs. Faultless service all round. We\'re particularly pleased with our Rinnai Infinity continuous flow hot water system, which gives brilliant high pressure showers and is saving us loads on our electricity bill!"

    "Great reliable company. Very friendly team both over the phone and face-to-face. Arrived on time and issue was resolved quickly. Have used Arrow many times before for various plumbing and gas jobs and will continue to use in the future. Would recommend to all for any plumbing or gas needs. "

    "I have used Arrow Plumbing a number of times over the past 4 years. Their staff, including the lovely ladies who answer the phones, were always polite, friendly and considerate when in my house. I appreciated that they tried their best to determine the source of the leaks before cutting holes in the walls. They seem to have been very busy in the last few months so I wasn't able to get same-day service, but for non-urgent work they always booked me in within a couple of days and kept to the… agreed time. I have been happy with the workmanship. I think their prices are pretty standard - I've used a cheaper plumber in the past and it was disastrous."

    "After misdiagnosing the problem we offered them the option of having a second attempt on the basis that if we were wrong, we would pay their original bill but if we were proven correct, we expected to start again from scratch. It transpired that their original diagnoses was wrong and serious damage would have been done to a flooring joist in our home had we not asked them to look again. We authorised them to complete the required repairs, got a new account and paid it promptly. Then,… unexpectedly, we were chased to pay the first bill too, even though their assessment of the problem was wrong, our home would have been damaged if we had accepted their recommendation, and we had stipulated our terms in writing before getting them back. This is not on. Everyone was polite, but they did not honour what we thought was agreed. We didn't get good value for money. We are very disappointed at having to pay twice for the one job. Will not use Arrow Plumbing again."
