    "I have been holding off posting on here for a while now as I was hoping I would be able to get some resolve from this company after a botched fly treatment.

    Had a treatment at the beginning of the year and have been e-mailing and phoning the company ever since to try and rectify the issue. My latest response basically said that it took me 5 months to complain so I must be making it up. I have all records of the e-mails and the complaint which was directly after the initial spraying.

    I guess after the last response I am left with no choice but the Disputes Tribunal. I wonder if they will even show up. Very dissapointed guys as I know you have been in business a long time. FUTURE CUSTOMERS BE VERY CAREFUL"

    "Wow - I wish I had gone to no cowboys from the get-go. I got Auckland Carpets Steam n Dry in to do the carpets for a rental. My agent met them. They were late and evidently quite rude. She showed them to the apartment and left them to it. When I got back later that afternoon, there was no evidence the carpets had been shampooed. They smelt dirty and they were dry as a bone. I complained but all I really received were their account details for payment. I have just arranged for another company - Pumas Cleaning - who were brilliant. And they verified that the carpets had not been cleaned. The water was filthy. The carpets now smell sweet and clean. Poor show Steam n Dry!! I can only rate 0% when the job wasn't even started!"

    "The quote was much lower than the price. The carpet was left wet and stains still there. He charged me for a chair he didn't do and when I phone the office she said it would take a week to get back to me. My dog now seems unwell from lying on the carpet and is off his food. I told him we had a dog and he gave me a time when it was safe to bring him back but now a day later he seems unwell! never use this business! Highly unprofessional. I had no idea they are unregeristeted. "

    "Not a good experience at all. Quote on the phone was $199 for hallway, lounge, and sofa cleaned. Then saw online offer for $178, website says nothing about having to book on line. Then guy arrives and says it will be $299, after he did the job, when was not a good job, he left an invoice for $471 - this was then taken from my credit card. Phoned 3 times to get it resolved, got passed around and no resolution. Don't Use This Business!!! "

    "Useless. Got a cockroach treatment that didn't work at all. It was supposed to last 18 months. When I rang to tell them that it hadn't worked, the owner of the business was rude and obnoxious. Do not use this business. I"

    "I organized this company to clean the carpets at my mother\'s house, thinking they would do a really good after reading the hype on their website. They did a terrible job - the carpets looked just as grubby afterwards. The man who did the job was really quick - only took 20 mins to clean two bedrooms, lounge, hall and dining area, so he was not very thorough at all and didn\'t move chairs aside or take much care. He used the hose from outside and didn\'t bother to wind it back afterwards - which was a nuisance for my mother as she is elderly and finds it hard to do so herself. All in all they did a bad job and would not use them again or recommend them to anybody."

    "We are disappointed in the quality of work. the carpets and lounge suite were extremely wet, and the technician was asked about it. the answer was that it would be dry in a few hours, yet 25 hours later it is still quite damp. the response for fixing the problem was terrible, and finally, after speaking to the office staff at 8.30am on the 17th Jan the tech arrived at almost 3pm !!!! with an industrial dehumidifier to try to sort the dampness. and now we have the noise for the next several hours, at least. the tech insisted everything was dry, even though he could feel that it was not, and the office person female told us that \'\'if he said it\'s dry, then it\'s dry!\" Guess who will NEVER use your company again and we will certainly not recommend you to others."

    "Had a lounge suite cleaned, it left zebra stripes, on contacting the cleaner he said it was his tool, spoke to owner he said i had to prove they did it, they take no care, don,t care about customer service. had to have it cleaned again by another company, don,t use auckland steam and dry they will not care about you or your carpet"
