"I ask Craig to remove the rotten wood around my windows. He made sure I was aware of the extent of the rot and how someone had previously done a botch job using materials that held water making it worse over time.
He cut out all the rot and cut timer to fit into the space and epoxied it in. Then sanded and applied 3 coats of paint so that it matched in perfectly. He was quick efficient with a very fair price. He communicated well letting us know what was happening. I highly recommend Craig."

He then priced materials and provided a very reasonable quote for the job. The work was done to a high standard and I'm very impressed with the outcome. "Craig has helped us on a few occasions. This time he record our garage cedar and stained it, all to his usual high standard. He painted our front entrance way and repairs the door into the garage and painted that too. He also fixed our deck and stairs. He's great at everything he does! Thanks Craig."

"I got to know Craig through the no-cowboys website as I have an rental property requires a few small jobs before the new tenant moves in. I called him up and discussed the jobs ( most of the trades people won't be interested in these small jobs), but Craig is so kind and willing to give me a hand to get it done in a short time. He came to the house just after he finished and did the preparations straight away. Also, he had done extra jobs to make the property looks even more up-market. His very skilful work ( includes repair the jib/ plaster/fix the bathroom leaking / painting ) has added a lot of value on this property. I will strongly recommended Craig for your property maintenances / and renovations as he is realisable, skilful and very kind. you will be definitely surprised to see how wonderful the jobs Craig is doing. "I have rated Craig at 100% in each category as I am so pleased with the outcome of the makeover of my kitchen and bathroom. He communicated closely with me - and always had lots of good ideas which enhanced my own view of how I wanted things done.
