    "I have used the services of Brendon & his team for many years, I have never found them, or Brendon, to be anything but helpful & courteous & they have always gone out of their way to recommend or find a better option for me than I would have chosen myself, ( I do 98% of my own maintenance & repairs & have 7 vehicles).
    Consequently, they have actually saved me quite a bit of money over the years, and Kaleb, who I have never dealt with before, did it again yesterday. I didn't expect to get my issue looked at when I went in, as they were obviously flat out, I just wanted a quick discussion/estimate of a possible solution to a problem, and may be make a booking for it to be done.

    We went through my problem & my solution, confirmed it could be done and the approximate cost, and then Kaleb advised me why it might be a bad idea, and should really be a last resort, as although it was a relatively quick fix it could turn expensively dirty on a modern vehicle.

    We then had a quick look at some other options to start with, figured out the most likely, changed an inexpensive component to test for a couple of weeks, & Kaleb also gave me a much easier option to bypass the problem if it reoccurred, than the one that I had been using. The problem may or may not yet be solved, it is an intermittent fault of maximum inconvenience, however, the chances are it is, for less than $50, on the spot in the middle of a flat out day, when he could simply have booked it in for a $500.00 job, according to my request.

    That is not a cowboy attitude, this is someone who knows his stuff, and cares about his customer sufficiently to take the time to advise them correctly, and I have always found Brendon & his other staff that I have dealt with, to be exactly the same, which is why West City Auto Electrix continues to be my first choice The one person who has given a bad rating obviously did not listen or understand (& did not want to) what she was being told.)

    Every business gets them, some people just want to make someone else responsible for every misfortune that occurs to them.

    I have experienced them often enough in my various workplaces over the years & some of them you can never help no matter what!

    "Brendan & the team went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my car.
    I was impressed with Brendan's communication, regular updates and taking the time to ensure I understood the nature of the problem.
    I know for a fact that Brendan worked a number of weekends to make sure I got the car back within his own deadline.
    Good bunch of guys, they value their customers and I'd use them again.
    I'd highly recommend Auto Electrix.

    "Have used Auto Electrix on three occasions. Once to repair a fuel pump on my Mitsubishi van, then to replace brushes on the van's air conditioning fan. Last job was to sort out a battery problem on my wife's car. On every occasion I have received excellent service from Brendon. Found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again if further problems arise."

    ""Cowboy" is exactly the name you can call Auto Electrix in Henderson. Brendon is the rudest and most unhelpful businessman I have had the misfortune to deal with. I took my car in for a problem I was having, and explained everything that was happening with my car, engine light being on, speedo/rev not working etc etc, Paid $70 for a diagnostic test and was told it had ONE fault, asked if repairing this fault would fix the problem- was told yes and went ahead with the repair, 4 days later exactly the same problem occurred. Was told they had "forgotten" to tell be about a second fault that also showed up on the test I feel Brandon fixed a problem that could have been dealt with later and knew that the fault would still occur and I would have to come back and spend more money to fit the "actual" problem-

    Have now had car fixed Properly by another auto electrician. My advice steer well clear of Brendon and Auto Electrix

    "In referance to Sharon\'s commets. I will fill in all the facts that were left out. On the same day she filled in this complaint. see was told by the MTA that all the work that was completed by us was normal and correct!!!! When her vehicle was booked in the complant was the engine light was on and sometimes the car cut out. When the vehcile was dropped off by her partner no mention of the speedo fault was conveyed. The diagnostics machine was connected and 2 fault codes were displayed. One history fault code vehicle speed sensor malfuction and oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction. The fault codes were cleared. the vehicle cycled and the only fault code to return was oxygen sensor. This was promptly repaired and only one hour charged + parts. The vehcile was road tested and then rechecked on diagnostic machine- no faults present. 5 days later Sharon reappears. vehicle was rescaned vehicle speed sensor malfuction and a converation was tried to be had with Sharon about how this fault had occured, but she was unwilling to listen to anything that was said. As mentioned earlier Sharon consulted with the MTA medication service which told here that both faults would have been need to be repaired at some stage to have a reliable vehicle and nothing untoward was done by us. She didn\'t give us a change to repair this intermaint speedo fault. But prefered to have a rant on this site. Take her comments as you will. "
