    "Came here to pick up a fan belt for my dryer the women at the desk was rude and parts are over priced, I could have got the same belt for 1/3 the price out west at appliance hub. My fault I should have done more research."

    "Invoice says tested all operations OK on oven, but two of the hobs are not working. Spent a lot of time swearing at the rangehood, phoning base saying did not know what was happening. No mention of the rangehood on the invoice, just the oven. I am annoyed that i am charged for an incompetent job"

    "The seal on my oven needed replacing.
    After making an appointment, they phoned to advise they were on their way, and turned up, and did the job required.
    All the staff involved in the process, very friendly and professional.
    Have used previously, and will do again.

    "These guys turned up when they said they would to look at our broken washing machine, and advised it would need to be taken to the workshop. When I asked for a loan machine, they turned up within 15 mins with one and plumbed it in for me (not a big deal, but a nice touch). They rang with a quote before doing the work, and then returned the machine when they said they would.

    The day after our washing machine broke, (a Friday), the hot water went, and Hamish popped in to make sure it wasn't to do with the washing machine. It wasn't, but he figured out it was an electrical fault, so I could get an electrician to come that day - and have hot water for the weekend.

    Great service all round. thank you.
