    "Words like "incompetent", "useless" with "bull****" customer service reflects the terms & conditions this company provides. Paid in advance, in fact, 2 weeks in advance. Didn't arrive at all, on the day I ask them to deliver. My partner call around 4.30 pm Friday 29th November 2019. Their excuse was driver went home early - is this my problem!!!. Said they will deliver in the morning. Waited the next day Sat called 9 am, yes no bin delivery. I called them on 0800 BS BINS Explain to her what was going on - she said the same excuse. I told no, that's on you not me. I asked when they would deliver she came back & said this afternoon. I replied 12pm or 5pm!! She said it would be 12pm. I told her I needed some compensation because the delivery is Saturday, not the Friday I had requested, she said I can have the bin until Tuesday i replied yes. They arrived at 11 am but it was the waste management bin company??? Monday comes around & i arrive home after work & the bin is gone - WTF. Their word means nothing nor do their promises of their terms & conditions.

    Stay away from this clown outfit. Run clear of this company they have no business ethics. Cheap prices means no service, enter at your own risk. Dont worry im telling all my family & friends what you cant provide & what you cant promise.

    "Ordered a 3m bin. We are down a long driveway but a day after the bin was to be delivered we rung to ask where it was and told that the driver saw the driveway and decided it wasn't for him. No comms no nothing. I told them that we have had the biggest trucks down our driveway (heaps of turning room at the bottom) without worries (including a 9m skip from their competitor, Hiabs etc). She referred to her boss who Googled Earthed our house and said "sorry, too many overhangs and their is a cable that crosses the driveway and its a H&S issue". No matter what I said to assure them that the height of said things would not be a problem, they would not budge. I guess they just want the easy jobs eh?"

    "We hired a skip via their website for the Saturday before Easter weekend to be picked up the following Saturday (they had blocked out Friday and Monday for pickups as those were public holidays) All good with the delivery of the bin, the guy was friendly and it was dropped off about 7:30am. They didn\'t pick it up until the Thursday after the scheduled Saturday pickup which wasn\'t a problem for us but can imagine it would be annoying for someone if they were moving house and needed it gone on the day they booked. I called on the Wednesday asking when they would be collecting it and the lady told me that day - was still there when I got home that night! All in all though they were alot cheaper than other quotes and even though you have to wait ages to get through to someone on the phone they phone staff are friendly enough. I would use them again."

    "I would advise people NOT TO USE this business. While the delivery of the bin was prompt and the driver very courteous and helpful, the experience after that would be one of the most shocking experiences with a business I have ever had.
    The agreed pick up of the bin was broken by the company when they picked the bin up over 5 hours earlier than agreed.
    The driver that came , was verbally abusive as in he felt that it was alright to use the F Word in front of young children. This was not just one sentence he continually swore, called us liars about the bin pick up time, deliberatley dragged the bin along the concrete. He was heard using abusive language by the call centre. We even received an email apologising for this drivers behaviour and offering another bin to complete the work. This was not forthcoming, company will now not return calls and the Managers have returned no calls at any time. Shocking business and Target would do well to film this company and it\'s driver.
