"Very impressed with the fast, no hassle, well communicated and reasonable cost service received from you.
To think you secured the parts, when the main dealer told me none were available and had to be ordered from Germany, even though they had the car for a week!
All this within a day or so, got the car back all fixed in under 12 hours!
I am so glad I have seen the last of Continental.
I will not be going anywhere else in future.
You are the guys!

What more can one say?
Jamie knows his stuff and more importantly takes the time to explain the issues and the recommended fixes.
Absolutely honest and in one case also recommended that I take my car with a transmission issue, directly to a specialist, without 'clipping' the ticket.

"After Burger sold the business to Jamie McDonald, I believe the honesty and integrity of this business has been duely affected.
I paid $300 for an assessment on my air suspension on my X5 E70 after it started deflating overnight. Jamies informed me the pump was stuffed and that the airbags were not leading, which i doubted immediately, and then when on to quote me to replace the pump for around $1700 +, and labor of around $400, all + GST of course.
I brought in a new pump and valve block… which cost me $460 landed, and half an hour to fit. Its a very simple system, with only four bolts holding the pump in with power plugs and two air lines. Simple job and cost effective when sourcing the parts one's self.

This did not fix the problem though, and even though Jamie stated to me it was not the air bags, we have since found out that it has been an air bag leaking. The left air bag is worn and can be seen by eye when the car is lifted.

The fact that I have a family with two little children, and couldn't afford all repairs at the prices Jamie quoted, doesn't seem to both this guy.

The fact that he knew it was not the pump, and that the air bags were faulty, tells me he is dishonest and is after money, money to keep his highly paid staff and his income rolling in.

Will never use again or recommend, and it is sad that Burger sold and moved on as he was always honest and had integrity."

"I've had 5 or 6 European cars over the years. I'm a very 'fussy' owner when it come to my cars.
In that time I've found Burger & his team to be the absolute best when it comes to Euro vehicles. They just simply know their stuff. Professional, friendly, efficient. And all at very sensible hourly rates.
Sure you won't find scones & muffins in their waiting room, but that's not what I'm there for.
They are the best at what they do. eg, Burger is rated by BMW in their top 3 mechanics in… the world."

"Best guy to take your euro to for any works!! One of the top BMW technicians in the world!!
Honest, gets the job done, and doesn\'t charge the earth!
I\'ve recommended 3 others and they are all very happy and continue to use Burger Motor Works.
Stop paying ridiculous prices, take it to Burger and you will actually pay for only the works completed.
He always rings before any major works are to be done and you know your car is being looked after.
