    "We had a few problems getting Shaun on site at the appointed time ( he had apparently mislaid our address and phone number) however when we followed up half an hour later he went out of his way to get back across town and do the job. This was appreciated because the problem was with our gas fire place and we had already had a couple of cold nights. Service was friendly and efficient. Billing was on the basis of a "minimum call out charge" of $120 + GST but we thought that fair in the… circumstances. Would recommend."
