  "Guarantee worthless. Had job done it was very unprofessional with a lot of over spray on everything. Had leak it was never fixed. These guys lied about coming around and fixing things when they never had...constantly was told they'd turn up and never did...quality of work was poor...they.completely mucked us around and never fixed the issue. Gave up in the end - would never use again."

  "These guys are complete cowboys. Had a job done recently and got completely messed around and constantly lied to. I wish I had paid a little more and gone to somebody who was professional and who stood by their word. Would highly recommend going to another outfit if you are looking to save yourself a headache and value peace of mind. Completely unprofessional"

  "We had Demoss Roofing clean,regrit and repaint our roof. We also had some minor repairs done. We found them very efficient and reliable.
  They explained everything very clearly. The guys Paul has working for him were very muture, very helpful and friendly and were on the job very quickly and had it all done with in about 3 days.
  We are more than pleased with the job and will get them back in 3 to 4 years to demoss the roof if needed.
  We will highly recommend them to anyone we know that want… their roof done.

  "over the past 6 years we have had 3 other so called roof specialists work on our roof . we apparently have a particular type of tile that is very difficult to get any long term sealing on the ridge and valleys on our roof . paul had been looking at our roof and decided to call and ask what had been done has he had noticed the constant re appearing of our problem. he contacted monier who gave him the solution, in tern he gave us a fifteen year guarantee if we allowed him to fix our problem. as… of today we do not have even a crack on any of the ridges, paul comes along periodically and checks how things are. i have read the adverse comment on the feedback, from the problem we had before he came along we had a leaky roof which no one could fix, paul proved all of them wrong because he went the extra mine to solve a problem. cant recommend him enough, he\'s the best in the business"

  "DeMoss roofing recently cleaned and sealed our old concrete tile roof and undertook some minor repairs for us. They did everything quickly and efficiently and were very professiona, friendly and reasonably priced. They came back to replace a cracked tile under warranty just last week. The boys were really helpful and I highly recommend the DeMoss Roofing team. We will use them again in 10-15yrs - whenever our concrete tiles give up!"

  "Paul was a great guy to work with regarding the quote, very competitive and proactive with finding the best solution for our roof leak. The guys he has working for him are people you can trust in your home and are keen to have a coffee and piece of cake. The guys were great at explaining things to my 2 year old boy who was keen to help and spent all day watching them. This company came highly recommended and I can't speak highly enough of Paul and his staff, would definately recommend them to… anyone with roof work to be done. Well done guys."

  "I have used Paul\'s roofing expertise on several occasions over the past 7 years. He has always been fast reliable and honest in his opinions and has never pushed me to make a decision. My last contact with De Moss has been more than satisfactory.
  I rang Paul after hours with a question, he visited on site the next day and presented his quote and options in person later that evening. (One of three quotes I received). After discussing my total renovation ideas he suggested I also remove my… chimney at no extra cost to me.
  
  I told him my time frame, and the full restoration, re-point, chimney removal and paint was completed within two weeks. (The work taking place over about 3 days).
  
  My roof looks fantastic, all debris has been removed from the site and I would recommend 100%.

  "Supposed to clean, repair, regrit and repaint roof. Totally unprofessional. Used kids who were more interested in continuing their social lives on our front lawn. Water blasted a hole in the roof causing a major leak. Did not repair all the tiles. We can still see the previous paint colour underneath his respray. Totally unsatisfactory a real cowboy I would never recomend this company."

  "As someone who has been in the industry off and on since leaving school in "79" I would firstly like to apologise to Judy and her partner for the youthfulness of my employee's at that time "April 09". I did ask them to do their socialising in their own time as that isn't what I employ them to do, and they did just that! The hole in your roof was a pre-existing condition (RUST) in the side of your valley, which was covered by tiles turned down over it and also as I explained to both the insurance assessor and your partner at the time, the valley tray was layed the wrong way as well, with the lower tray over the upper tray causing the rust in the first place. So that addition to your house was a bit dodgy to start with. I am in touch with the insurance assessor quite frequently and other assessors as well, simply because they trust my opinion to be honest and professional, and this "doesn't always go the way of the homeowner"! "Sorry ". If you would like me to contact him again pop round, and go over the issue again "call me" 0800 4 336677 and we will come round. Also we fixed the leak, for which there is still money outstanding, and the insurance company fixed your lovely plastered ceiling. If your roof has started leaking again in the same area call me and I will come and assess it and we can talk to the insurance company again, "but" they don't like being played anymore than the next person! As for the color under the respray the only way to see that is to get on the roof which is where all the dents have probably come from, and if memory serves me right we went over and above with the number of tiles we changed, being 46 not the 22 we priced for. You have tiles layed over tiles over tiles and your partner and I had agood look at roof at the time and there were no issues then so I am wondering where this is all coming from. If we were to come and touch your roof up to the point where you would be happy, I don't think it will help you to sell it "SORRY" and why wait till now to even bring it up? Is it the fact that you drive past my residence most days and see how many men(not boys) I have working for me now, that you try and put a spanner in the works. Call me directly and maybe we can put things right, but it scares me to even step foot on your property, because if there is anything else wrong there you will look for any excuse to put it onto me, my staff and or my business. "

  "Paul Murphy and his team were first class keeping us informed ,all the way. We had our roof recoated with a decraomastic appearance together with coloursteel and matched longrun spouting. They gave me paint to recoat the barge boards as well. Made a great job and looks terrific. It is a weather related task and this needs to be taken into consideration.
  Anybody ios welcome to come and see the job they did for our house.
