"I live in Hong Kong so I thought this may be a tricky process but Charlie was superb with his communication throughout the whole process. He was flexible about timings and his co-worker Pete worked hard all week to get the job done in the given time frame. The deck is a great improvement on what was there before and they were able to work with our budget constraints to get a tidy finish and result. "Charlie and Pete were fantastic. We couldn't be happier with our new space. Early on in the project we found a significant issue with our beams, holding up the house. Charlie supported and helped us get new steel, which we were very grateful for. The workmanship on the deck is very high quality, they built a big staircase leading up to our kitchen, which is very cool. They gave us some ideas and communicated well throughout. I would highly recommend Decks Unlimited. Excellent experience. "

"Charlie and crew were really good to deal with. They showed when they said they would, they were easy to talk to, they were very patient with me explaining everything, and they did a good job. Ripping out an old deck is always fraught with danger, but Charlie and his guys dealt with them like professionals, and keep me up to date and gave me options each time. They were also able to bring in a plumber, hassle free to me. Highly recommend these guys. "

"Charlie has made a huge difference to our section by building this boardwalk that links up the top and lower sections. Unfortunately, he and his team faced some very bad weather which delayed the completion of the job, but they soldiered on and finished it as soon as they were able. We are delighted with the workmanship and the end result, and very happily accepted their recommendations for enhancement. Now we are enjoying many compliments about the improved appearance of our recreational space!"

"We had a 70 sq metre deck built in Jan 2017. Decks Unlimited's quote was fair and realistic (some quotes we received were double that amount!). After listening to us, Charlie went away and came up with a design that was perfect for the space. Once he got started, we thought of a couple of additions, but that wasn't a problem for Charlie. For a very reasonable price, he also replaced a wonky pole that was (only just) holding up our second storey extension. He was a friendly guy to have… around the place and was always professional at all times. The finished product is awesome. We love our deck and would wholeheartedly recommend Charlie and his team to anyone."

"Charlie led his team on a complete revamp of our back garden, everything from raising and levelling the ground level to a beautiful pergola, curved deck and bespoke shelving in the shed. The previous diy meant many things had to be remedied before our work could proceed and we changed the specs several times. The deck wasn't finished on time, mostly due to Charlie having too much work on, but there was also some bad luck with weather and some staff problems so it was understandable.
