"I have again had the pleasure of working with Steve and his team again for my complete house recladding, new windows and internal renovation (new walls, gib, kitchen and x2 bathrooms ) along with a new extension of a bedroom and bathroom, relocating external wall to extend lounge /living areas and a great new deck Steve managed the job extremely well given the supply issues and constant price increases (this was a charge up job )

Superb craftmanship, attention to detail. Kept to the brief. Great to have around the place. Cost was managed and regularly discussed.

"I was impressed with DBS form day one when we contacted them to get a quote. Steve followed up within a couple of days and the provided a detailed quote within a week. We contacted many builders and this quick response really stood out.
The following things really impressed me the Steve and his team at DBS:
- Great communication. We always knew what was happening and who was going to be on site each day.
- Friendly. The entire team was really friendly which makes a big difference when… you're getting renovations done and you're living in the house at the same time.

- Tidy. Every day the team would make sure the place was clean and tidy before they left, again this is really important as we have young children so tools left lying around etc could be a bit of a problem.

- On Budget. Well pretty damn close to budget, but hey I've heard some horror stories about costs getting out of hand. Steve was conscious of our budget, and made sure we got the job done with the money we had.

- Project Management. Steve took care of everything for us including coordinating with architect, engineer and council. This was awesome.

- Workmanship. The whole team takes pride in their work and it showed with a great end result.

I definitely recommend the DBS team to anyone considering doing a renovation/extension.

"Steven is professional and sharp to offer quick solution to the problem source. No matter how busy he always put customer in first priority and try squeeze time to arrange urgent installation in order to avoid water leakage of my skylight, although the project is relatively small.

Our first floor deck addition was built exactly as laid out in the architect\'s plans, and I didn\'t even need to deal with the Council Inspections and Building Permit sign off. "I can\'t comment on whether the job was reasonably priced as I don\'t know enough about the trade. We had to repair a few problems in our house in order to sell it. These guys came at pretty short notice and did a really thorough, quality job. All of them (we had about 5 different guys) were on time, polite and really hard-working. I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend them. Communication was pretty good - I just contacted them if I didn\'t understand something."
