There are too many positives to list regarding his attributes.
Essentially, his ability to problem solve, communicate clearly and deliver a quality job is what Steve brings.
Years of building experience have undoubtedly made him a genuine skilled craftsman across almost all facets of the… building trade.
A trustworthy and decent guy.
Will for sure be using them in the future for any further work we have on the house and section.

The following things really impressed me the Steve and his team at DBS:
- Great communication. We always knew what was happening and who was going to be on site each day.
- Friendly. The entire team was really friendly which makes a big difference when… you're getting renovations done and you're living in the house at the same time.
- Tidy. Every day the team would make sure the place was clean and tidy before they left, again this is really important as we have young children so tools left lying around etc could be a bit of a problem.
- On Budget. Well pretty damn close to budget, but hey I've heard some horror stories about costs getting out of hand. Steve was conscious of our budget, and made sure we got the job done with the money we had.
- Project Management. Steve took care of everything for us including coordinating with architect, engineer and council. This was awesome.
- Workmanship. The whole team takes pride in their work and it showed with a great end result.
I definitely recommend the DBS team to anyone considering doing a renovation/extension.

Also have a background in large masonry and hebal houses, as well as ultra modern 1 off houses .I can pride myself on the fact that a big percentage of my work is by existing clients or referalls from them. I can provide numerous references both written and verbal. We are also licensed Velux skylight installers.
