"I had an urgent need for a plumber so got in touch with Eagle about 9am, and they assured me someone could come about 1 pm ... In fact they turned up about 11am which was great. I really appreciate them prioritising my job. When the plumber came, he very efficiently analysed and remedied the situation and gave good advice should something similar happen again. "Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience at all with the trademan Roger who arrived to do the job. He ended up doing some of the work, but sadly there were a number of issues. "My toilet unit was not flushing well. Paid hundreds dollars used a drain blocker, the problem still exist. The tenant was not happy and kept complainning about high water usage. I had to looking for a good plumber who knows how and can do. I was lucky and I found Eagle Plumbing. I am grateful for their service. An experienced plumber Jeremy Fletcher is, and He helped me saved thousand dollars on my toilet unit , which did not need replacement at all like what the drain unblocker said. "We contracted Eagle Plumbing to provide a detailed report on a leak in our laundry, needed for our insurers and a possible legal case. They showed up no problem, but the report they sent through contained only one sentence on the issue saying that the waterproofing was faulty (no **** sherlock!). There were almost no details on why the original installation had failed, what about it was faulty or what should have been done to avoid the leak occurring in the first place. We have tried multiple… times through phone, email and Facebook to get Eagle to expand the report to provide this detail and after an initial promise to sort it we have had no reply since. We obviously shouldn't have paid Eagle until the report was satisfactorily completed. Going by their ratings here we expected far more and are incredibly disappointed in their lack of communication and professionalism with us. How hard is it to add a few more paragraphs to the report? And do they really think that one-sentence is a fair and decent effort for $125? Perhaps they are too busy to do the decent thing by us now that we have already paid and obviously won't be using them for future work. Poor form Eagle..."

"Nathan was trying to get us to report on another tradesman's work and failings which we were not prepared to do. I understand that he wants a detailed report worded the way he would like so he can have recourse on another tradesman. Just because we dont want to get involved in a dispute and we did not write what he wanted I think it is unfair he gives us a bad rating. Maybe the failure was on his part? FYI "

"After waiting two weeks for a recommended plumber to respond to our request we looked elsewhere.
We called Eagle Plumbing and imagine our amazement when the phone was answered straight away and within the hour we had a date and time confirmed for a Plumber to assist us.
He arrived on time, was courteous and helpful - went off and picked up the bits and pieces needed to complete the installation and job done in around an hour. Brilliant!

The old low-pressure water cylinder was removed and replaced with a new mains-pressure cylinder, along with all the necessary pipes and valves replaced, and electrics upgraded too, within 5 hours. "The job on hand was quickly and efficiently resolved. It took maybe 5 minutes tops. The plumber did have to reschedule but was very polite about it. The only issue about the job was the use of our floor towel to mop up some of the water which was done without asking. Overall a very efficient and effective job."

"I called Eagle Plumbing as I had been recommended them by a friend and their website was really convincing of their services as well. Plus they didn't charge a call out fee. Our tap had been dripping for weeks, getting worse and worse each day, and harder and harder to turn off. It was really annoying and was like a grey cloud over my head whenever I came home. These guys turned up on time and knew exactly what the problem was. The job was done in 20 minutes or less and they explained what was… going wrong, plus some tips for the future. "I sent an email in the evening telling them my requirements. I had a reply early the next morning to say I could have the job done the next morning. The plumber rung to ask if he could come earlier than the agreed time. He arrived explained the problem completed the work and went . Great service all round.
We had called these guys a couple of years ago close to Christmas when we has problems with sewerage - again they went above and beyond. Would certainly recommend them."

"The advice and information given on the job was time and cost saving! Ie they said the leaking toiket was fine to have part replaced rather than have whole new toilet. Very impressed as work was completed very quickly and effectively. And they even fixed another plumbing problem we had with leaking tap sink faucet and had a new one already in truck to replace which I was stoked about. Two jobs done within half hour!! "

"I pulled Eagle Plumbing from an online list. the photo looked a friendly helpful bunch and this proved to be absolutely true. it was a small job to fix (toilet leaking) and was the usual one hour call out fee - actually only $80 when others are more I believe. They were very helpful and were happy to use the hour to check other issues we had. eg. because he was both a gas fitter and plumber, he advised on age and stage of our gas cylinder, piping and meter which was of some concern to us due to… being nearly 30 years old. also checked second toilet and other washers. they also advised on a process for removing an old spa and order of events for a bathroom renovation. while that particular tradesman couldn't give us an estimate on a bathroom renovation, he was quick to advise a cost effective way of doing this through the Eagle office. very pleasant and no job too small. Very helpful and would definitely use again. It is also a useful measure to see how they treat young apprentices - of which a new recruit accompanied. He was treated respectfully and gave me time to ask the apprentice questions as well. I wish them all the best."

"Very impressed with these guys, right from Ashlee who took our emergency call when we discovered a burst water pipe in the bathroom. She made sure that one of the guys was with us within the hour (you don't get better than that). Tylo was great, arriving exactly when we were told and getting the job done quickly and efficiently for us so that the females in my household were not inconvenienced at all really.

"Replaced pressure relief valve on hot water cylinder due to persistent leak.
Tradesman contacted me 3 hours before work to confirm appointment.
Tradesman was able to turn up 1/2 an hour earlier than appointed, as I arrived home earlier.
Tradesmen applied logical techniques to identify faulty valve and then replaced with new item.
He also provided advice on how/when valve should operate.
Price was not unexpected, for item and work.

"I contacted Eagle for a few home maintenance jobs that occurred over the holiday period due to overuse.
Not only did they come when they said, but they called to say could come earlier if that suited. On arrival they were professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. They didn't leave til the job (and I added a few extras in) were done completely. Nothing was too difficult and everything was explained very very well. I will most definitely use them again and recommend them to others. "

"Greg arrived on time and done a wonderful, professional job on installing and connecting the Vanity to the pipe works. Since this was a very small bathroom another contractor arrived late to do a job on the shower unit but between the two of them they managed to work together and not get in each other way.
Greg done a great job of cleaning up after him.

"They always very good work but last Friday afternoon, I had an emergency leak and was worried about trying to get some help on a Friday afternoon. Greg managed to come and sort it in no time with helpful advice. If it had been left for the weekend there woudl have been damage to the gib, but Eagle Plumbing had me sorted so I didn't have to stress."

"Eagle plumbing was great to deal with and the fact that their plumbers call you on their way is great. They were really busy that day and told me we could have a loose booking and could fit us in ASAP. They got over there within 3 hrs of me calling which I thought was excellent service. They also had all the little parts to fix my inwall cistern.
