    "This is a 2 stage job. Spray roof for moss etc then follow up one year later to paint the roof after the moss has died. They sprayed the roof in 2007 - that worked fine. One year later called them for the painting stage to comence and they refused the job saying that the roof was too high!! But they climbed all over the roof to do the spraying. The roof didn't get any higher over the 12 months!! I dont even think they came to out house to inspect before rejecting stage 2. How does that… work??? Starting a job and only doing half of it is unacceptable. Our roof is now in worse state than ever!"
