"We got recommended to Jeff through our interior designer. He was thorough when quoting and was quick covering off any queries that we sent through. Jeff was organised with timing. Jeff was respectful of the house and surrounds and when finished made sure we were happy with the work and the way he left the place. We had a large area in the kitchen to tile and we are really pleased how it has turned out. I wish he had done our bathroom!! He communicated on all decisions re layout around corners / end walls through the job but his suggestions were the best option. We had no complaints throughout the whole job and impressed with the final finish."

Every time Jeff does a brilliant job, lets me know upfront what his availability is and works with me to make it happen.
If there’s a problem, he’s onto it, checks and confirms before proceeding.
I’ll give this guy as much notice as I can to make sure he’s availabile when we need him, or I’ll change the programme.
We have a small group of guys we work with and Jeff is a part of that for very good reason, we trust him."

"We found Jeff via the No Cowboys website and after reading through many of the feedback comments, decided to call him. He replied that day and came to look at the job the same evening. Having used tilers on other renovation projects in the past and having been disappointed with their quality of workmanship, we were unsure of using a tradesman who hadn't been referred via word of mouth. On this particular bathroom and powder room project we were using an expensive, very patterned feature tile and we couldn't afford mistakes or poor workmanship. Jeff's work exceeded our expectations. He is a skilled craftsman who takes immense pride in his work, turns up on time, charges realistically and works tirelessly - his work was perfection. We have no hesitation in recommending Jeff and will definitely be using him again."

"Jeff tiled our outside entrance area. He has done an awesome job. He arrived when he said he would (something tradesmen as notorious for not doing) and throughout the job he communicated well, even down to texting when he was 30 mins away from arriving.
