    "Darren from Exclusive Electrical did a wonderful job in repairing our burnt out 3 phase switch at short notice on New Years Day. He was prompt, kept us informed of what was going on, coordinated electricity isolation with Vector and sourced the specific parts as needed from the wholesale suppliers, even though they were closed over the New Years long weekend for the next 4 days. Nothing was a problem for Darren and his work was top notch. He definitely went the extra mile. We will be using… Exclusive Electrical again and thoroughly recommend using their services."

    "Nice enough to chat to about our job on the phone. Darren came across as very friendly. Agreed to come to our home to give a us a quote. A mutual time agreed. We waited and waited... and are still waiting. No phone call to explain on the 'No Show' - I know things happen, people get caught up but to simply not call people to explain is really irritating and sadly all too common with tradies.I guess our job proved not lucative as is a minor job but judging by the fact there aren't any new… positive comments on this site re this company in almost a year my guess is customer service has been lost within this company."

    "I requested Exclusive Electrical to complete some wiring from my house to a preexisting external location. Darrin completed the work efficiently and to the specifications.

    He then went well over the required standard as Orcon and Chorus mucked me around claiming that the preexisting wiring was not actually completed. Darrin came back on site to meet with Telecom and Chorus technicians repeatedly and took numerous phone calls to clear up the confusion.

    I am sure most tradesman would… have wanted nothing to do with this frustration - but he managed to eventually clear up the confusion with telecom and I will be shortly connected.

    A BIG thank you to you Darrin as I am confident that alone - I would have never got connected.

    I HIGHLY recommend your company for any electrical work - and will be most definitely using them for any future work I may have.    "
