"Contacted Greg for a competitive quote, and boy was it competitive!

He installed a much more affordable unit in a more convenient location. Friendly quoting process and wonderful easy installation. Very tidy work by Greg and his team. Always flexible to make things work for me, but I was glad to trust in his experience and the result is wonderful.

We went with a Mitsubishi electric 3.5kW model on the wall at the end of the hallway. This backed into an internal wall into a wardrobe. Greg dodged my daughter's mess to route the conduit down inside the wardrobe very tidily and then across the floor to site the outside unit away from the bedrooms (quiet!) per my instructions.

He suggested it was installed side-on and so it's under the house, effective but pretty much invisible when you look in from outside.

Everything was on time, shoes left outside, people kind and courteous, rubbish taken away. It all works. Well done Greg!"

"I have just had a Mitsubishi Heat Pump installed and can only say WOW. Greg was very open with timing and what was needed and didn't try to up sell me - but when we looked at the solution i decided on the Wi-Fi addition and a slightly bigger unit. I was super happy with that and glad I got everything done at once. Greg set expectations over timings and meet every agreed time. The quality of the work was exceptional and the end solution has had no impact to the internal and external placement. I was worried about where we could put the external unit out of site and we came up with perfect solution. The price is well within the ball park of others but I have compared my install to friends and would say I am far more happy with how Greg has done mine. Can only say WOW again.. I am super impressed. With all the quick install cowboys out there I am glad i worked with Greg to get mine done."

"Really impressed with the quality and price of the work. We moved into a house with a Panasonic heat pump a year ago and weren't sure when the previous owners had last serviced it. The service guy who came today was on time, the price was exactly as quoted and the unit now looks as new. Having all the right equipment to thoroughly clean all the components makes all the difference. Knowing we can go into winter with an appliance that's been cleaned and checked by a professional is very reassuring. Will definitely book them again for next year."

"FPS did a fantastic job of installing a heatpump in my apartment. Greg turned up on time to do the quote, texting me that he was on his way - the same occurred for the installation. I felt very comfortable that Greg and his electrician would do a high quality job and they certainly did - there were no issues whatsoever and they did an excellent job for a competitive price. They also install one of the quietest heatpump units available on the market (Mitsubishi), which is the brand I had installed.

"I was nervous about who to get to install our heat pumps, knowing that it would be a difficult job. We decided on FPS and I am pleased to say, I am extremely happy with both the advice and workmanship provided by Greg and his electrician, Johan. They arrived punctually, were smartly presented and communicated well. They did what they said they would do and offered well thought out solutions for the tricky installation of two heat pumps in our three-storey home. They carefully worked out their plan and were able to cleverly hide wiring so we did not end up with any obvious signs that this was a retrofit. There was no mess, no fuss and no drama! If only all the tradespeople I've dealt with lately had been as good as Greg and Johan! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. If you need heat pumps installed you will be very happy with them."

"Greg came to give me a quote - excellent price for the unit and installation both. Turned up on time and gave some great advice - recommended I start with one large unit in my living area to see how well it would heat the whole house before spending money on another unit. Greg also came to install the unit (with another team member). Installation was hassle free and any rubbish from the installation was removed and any mess cleaned up. "Just a quick note re the heat pump that was installed.

The pump is magic, I run it on about 24c on a low to medium fan setting and it heats the whole house in very little time.

The missus was a bit sceptical when It was 1st installed but she's a believer now especially as the whole house including bedrooms upstairs, are now warm as toast, and no condensation either.

Great investment"
