    "I\'m in the rental business and do a lot of refurbishments. I don\'t even give instructions to Alan. When I start he walks in evaluates and decides what needs to be done. I give him my timetable and he just fits in. I\'ve never had to remind him to keep on schedule. I never get a quote. This guy\'s integrity doesn\'t allow him to overcharge. For other properties I email jobs and then get a bill. That\'s how easy it is to work with Fayen Electrical."
