    "I called Flo Pro to discuss having a gas hob converted over to LPG. Sam was very friendly, helpful and discussed the steps that would be needed and gave indicative pricing.

    Robin came round to carry out the work. There was some work I needed to do to make the kitchen compliant for gas which Robin described clearly and gave recommendations for materials.

    Robin came back a week later and carried out the conversion to a high standard with a friendly attitude.

    Both were excellent and I… highly recommend Flo Pro."

    "I required Sam’s services to look at a faulty waste disposal system in my rental property. After speaking to him, he came the following day.     "How amazing is Sam. I had no idea what was involved in buying a house with a new kitchen that had been installed. It required gas and plumbing . A friend of mine referred me to Flow Pro...I rang and got hold of Sam, who turned out to be the owner.
    Being a girl wtth no idea, I didn't contact Sam until a day prior to settlement. Although it was short notice and settlement was a Friday, he arrived at 4pm that day and completed the job (3 hours on a Friday night!). Given it was so late in the day,… it was amazing how he thought ahead and invested in materials that he thought he may need - knowing that wholesalers would not have have been open after hours.

    What's even better Sam was able to send me an invoice via email and I could pay him through internet banking. This so handy, compared to having to wait for invoices and then send a cheque!    "

    "We were moving house and knew we needed to engage a plumber. We booked Sam from Flow Pro two weeks prior to move in date. Sam checked in a couple of times prior to the move to ensure we were all on track and he worked in with our settlement time. We were having a laundry installed and Sam offered to come back to complete requirements that were only realised when he first came to do the original job as requested. Sam came back on Saturday afternoon and completed the job and helped install a… new washer and dryer. I would thoroughly recommend Sam and the Flow Pro team. Great to see a young person so committed to his business and his customers. He was also able to assist with a gas issue that occurred in the street that also involved a neighbour."
