    "Dropped of Espresso machine at Bell Road, never heard a thing.. kept ringing and texting as only one returned call promising to meet to return my machine. Have heard he has moved and still no returning of messages or phone calls , now his phone is no longer taking calls. He still has my machine. I want it back. Aaron said his mother recently had a stroke.. then the relationship broke down... I am trying to be sympathetic and have allowed him plenty of time... HE still has my machine.. I want it back. No cowboys huh!!"

    "Do not trust this business AT ALL!

    Our Jura automatic coffee machine was picked up by Aaron around Feb/March 2014 as we had a loose pipe. That was the last we saw of it until May 2014 after constant telephone messages and correspondence to him. In the end, we ended up getting it picked up from his workshop in Lower Hutt.

    Once back in the office, it still didn't work (obviously wasn't even looked at for the whole duration he had the machine at his workshop). Rang another coffee machine technician, who promptly came to look at it. This technician fixed it within half an hour. He discovered that the coffee bean grinding blades were not attached to the bean tunnel. This made the bean grind very loose and that is why our coffee has always been lukewarm. Probably been like this for a while but never picked up by Aaron. He also adjusted the grind and tested the milk connections. All now working perfectly. I believe that Aaron does not know what he is doing and has no idea on how to run a business. Do not use this company to fix anything!"

    "Rang Aaron to see if he could help me with my La Cimbali espresso machine, he gave me is address to drop off.
    Left the machine with his wife, who asked me in to get all info from me regarding the machine. She told me she would call me with qoute, which she did that evening. Both myself and my husband love our coffee as i made mention of, and how long would it take. Was told it would be ready Friday , oh no 5 days with no machine!! To our delight got a call from his wife on th Tuesday afternoon all fixed and ready to be pick up.

    "The owner told me he could fix my Saeco espresso machine. I dropped it off a month ago, and since then it has been broken promise after broken promise in terms of his deadline to fix the machine. He does not return phone calls, he ignores text messages. I am now simply trying to get my machine back from him, so that I can get it repaired elsewhere. Even this is proving problematic, and I am wondering if he has done a runner with my machine. I would not touch these guys with a barge pole, they have no idea what customer service is, and are totally unreliable."

    "My initial dealings with Aaron were fantastic! He collected my coffee machine direct from my house and was excellent at communicating with me and keeping me updated. He couldn\'t source the part we needed so fixed my existing part instead. Initially this worked out fine and I was delighted to get my machine back. Unfortunately tho this part didn\'t work for long so when I rang him again a few months later asking that we try to source this part so my machine can be fixed but I was met with no response. I made several calls but received nothing. I ended up taking my machine to Harvey Norman where the job was done easily - they had no trouble finding the part I needed. Im disappointed in Aaron as I like to support local businesses but I wouldn\'t use him again, nor would I recommend him."

    "Really appreciated Aaron\'s knowledge and expertise in fixing my coffee machine; very well done and great value for money. Only comment was that I needed to chase Aaron for updates on status of the work on the machine, but besides that, I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend him. Regards."

    "A bit late in coming when he said he would - but kept us informed with texts. Great when he arrived. Asked to confirm the problem with the machine and then worked efficiently to find the solution. Gave us complimentary new blades for our coffee grinder. Would highly recommend him."

    "This is the second time that Aaron fixed one of my espresso machines. Both times the service was very fast and the work done to highest standards. At this job he even included some free upgrades for my LaCimali Junior machine, so I am very happy. I also received some free professional advice on how to run the machine to its potential.
    I have found him to very reliable, knowledgable and friendly and happily recommend his services to anybody, he is the best in the business!

    "Terrible, terrible customer service and only communication was fob off and vague, didn\'t respond to my calls asking progress, cost or estimated completion during the month they had my coffee machine, totally unprofessional. I will never use this trades person again."
