    "The apt I bought at Forte is OK. Not the high spec apt I was told it would be though.
    THEN Globes property arm Plumb took over the supervision of tenancy as per the purchase agreement for the apt.
    They do not appear to have a trust account of any kind for the rents to be paid into. Seems to go directly to Andrew Facwett fund!! They were always late forwarding the rent monies to me and owe me $10K after my year contract was up with them.
    Have a new company managing my apt now and they are… excellent. Am still chasing Plumb/ Lachlan/ Globe/Strawberry ... What else does he call himself?

    Beware if you are purchasing an apt at Il Casino from him.    "

    I can see why its an award winning development - as the quality and flair which is evident throughout the project is without parallel.

    "These guys are a disgusting.
    Have numerous associated companies in order to rip off other sub-contractors around Wellington. Not to mention do a terrible job in general.
    Be sure to look up the director on the NZ Companies office in order to see how many times his companies have been struck off!

    I suggest getting your deposit back if you have anything to do with this company - especially if its Il Casino in Wellington."

    "AKA Strawberry Homes this is the associated company for Strawberry. This has been the worst experience in my life dealing with a child's tantrum is easier than dealing with these guys.
