"Wouldn't quote me because I wasn't at the property and instead had sent a representative (real estate agent) to meet them. Was quite rude. The real estate agent said they were the most unprofessional company they had worked with in their 20 years working in property. Another painter turned up afterwards and quote with no problem. They got the job."

"Were happy with the quote and the conditions, just requested itemized invoices and got the following response.
"We are not interested in doing your job on these conditions. Our quote says payment halfway through the job and the balance on completion. You need to find another painter."
Gave them a zero on things because they never did anything, didn't get that far"

"We have just had Graham's Painters do all the external painting on our property and I have to say they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The quote was clear in it's definition of what would be done and the pricing was very reasonable. Once confirmed, scaffolding went up and the team came on-site. We were so impressed with how hard the guys worked (almost 7:00am to 7:00pm some days), how tidy they were and the care and diligence they took with the preparation and painting itself.… Graham would pop around every couple of days to check on progress and have a chat, which was great. We would thoroughly recommend them for any painting jobs!!"
