33%"Green Van Electrical Installed a 30 Panel Solar array at my business in October 2022. Iain and his crew were certainly competent in terms of the physical installation of the equipment, however, we were continually let down following the installation by Iain's poor/ non-existent communication, and failure to complete the job.
After the solar array was installed, we were told repeatedly (when we could get Iaian on the phone) that the required paperwork for our 2-way power meter (so that we… can sell excess power to the grid) had been filed with the relevant authorities and should be happening soon. 2 months after the installation had been finished, we eneded up chasing up the council ourselves, and learned that no paperwork had been filed for our 2 way meter. We ended up filing this ourselves (we are not electricians so this took some effort on our part), as Iain was unable to be contacted despite endless calls. This failure to complete the job left a sour taste in our mouths following an otherwise great installation.

100%"We have used Green Van electrical on multiple occasions, most recently in May 2015 when I got Iain in to hardwire an ethernet cable from one end of the house to the other. Their supplier was out of the brass plates to match others in our house on the day that the installation occurred, but Iain arranged for one to be dropped off to us as soon as the supplier had some in stock.
