"So far the worst hair experience I've had in Wellington in 10 years... The stylist was 25 minutes late, it was the first appointment of the day, even though I specifically explained when making the booking that I had an important appointment afterwards, and styling was meant for it and that I had strictly 45 dedicated for blow dry. As I was waiting outside for 30 minutes (5 minutes prior to appointment +25 minutes appointment time) and mentioned at least 2 times that I was cold, no heater was… turned on and no hot drink offered. I guess in Auckland customers get used to being looked after and spoilt. All I needed was a blow dry, or styling, with volume, in the end, it looked OK, but barely because of the stylist. I ended up running to my next appointment... Definitely would not recommend this place now that I have been there..."

"I would not recommend this hair dresser or her Salon to anyone.
Colours were extremely different for what I asked for, seems she went off on her own tangent. There were multiple/patchy colours through the hair and clumps of hair had fallen out with the dye. (This was discovered when I went home)
I left extremely upset with a checker board for hair and an 80's style cut and blow wave.
This Salon was very quiet, there was not much traffic flow (that should have said enough I… guess)

This has cost me a fortune to fix at another Salon and will take some time to get it back in shape.

I did not bother going back to Headlines to fix my hair - I would probably have come back bald!"

"Horribly inconsistent,first went there many years ago but usually avoided. Now will never return. Recently offered to fix a sloppy haircut but I couldn\'t afford the risk to my son\'s appearance, and went somewhere else to have fixed. Refused to refund cost of cut. They are not cheap either. Expensive and low quality. Avoid."
