    "Bought a new TV on Sunday, had real problems trying to tune it in, from the same point I had been using on previous TV. used a phone # in the local courier on Monday mentioned the problem to the chap who answered the phone who advised a technician would be round Tuesday 5pm. On Tuesday, got a phone call just after 5pm from the technician advising he was running late, his previous job took longer than he thought, not a problem with being late, When the technician arrived it didnt take him very long at all to find the problem, he installed a VHF aerial tuned in the TV and walla excellent work, the technician was as I mentioned to him he was a wizard."

    "Workman turned up to replace aerial and run new cables.
    They removed old aerial, cut cables then discovered they didn't have all the gear. It was after 5pm so they said they'll come back the next day.
    No TV for the night, they left cables hanging down, old aerial lying on the footpath, tools and bits of cable left in the house and also bits of metal in the garden. These guys are putting our 18mo child at risk of injury.
    Rang the number to find out what the story was - got told they'll be back in the morning to finish the job but if they really,really have to - they will come out to pick up the old aerial. So much for cleaning up after themselves or leaving a clean site. Not good.

    "They turned up when they said they would but didn\'t seem very prepared. The aerial they had was too weak for our areas signal strength, the pole to mount it on was too short, and some of our channels actually reduced in quality of picture"
