    "We used I Fix 4U a few years ago to install a heat pump and at the time were happy with their service so we called them recently to have another heat pump installed. Unfortunately the service was not nearly so good this time. Rishi came to quote & was very helpful, polite & professional, no problems there whatsoever. It just seems there is a lack of training and / or communication with the actual guys that do the installing. The job didn\'t look nearly as neat or professional as the previous job. A long white pipe was installed at our front door, connected to a smaller pipe only with black electrical tape. Not a good look for the front door. When I asked it to be improved they offered to cover the pipe with a neater type of plastic that would be the same from top to bottom, but when they tried to do that the window would no longer open because it was installed too close to the window! So, another hole was made in the brick work to reposition the pipe down low, below where the window opens. Another hole was made in the office wall, which we now need to sand & paint. The fans didn\'t work at first and some valve needed to be adjusted on the outside unit. Their prices are competitive but if you decide to use IFix4U I strongly recommend you are at home and supervising closely during their work to ensure that you are satisfied with the quality of work. If I had been home during the installation, I think we would have had a better outcome. We originally planned fr the job to be in the afternoon but I was phoned that morning and asked if they could come earlier, in the morning. We had other family members present but they were not aware of exactly what had been previously arranged. Be vigilant."

    "This rating by Louise is totally wrong. Michael changed the works from the agreed plans. There are two legal plans documents signed by Michael that says the works were very good, & to his satisfaction. The legal works plans documents also have the clause “Have you talked to customer on installation procedures and agreed on the position” which Michael agreed to and signed. Our techs advised Michael changing the plans would be ugly and his responsibility. He ordered us to do as he ordered. After completion Michael signed the completion legal works documents very good, & to his satisfaction. Louise phoned us, we explained, talk to your husband. We returned to install as per original plans @ no charge even though we had no obligations to do so and it cost us hundreds of dollars. For Louise to write this self inflicted wound and publicly blame us is absolute betrayal. There is no basis for her adverse comments and ratings."

    "Got a Fujitsu heatpump from these guys. Was given a very competitive quote by Rishi, and the installer came on time to put it in. Discovered a minor crack on the casing, but it did not affect functioning so proceeded to install it while warranty claim underway. The part arrived one week later, and after replacement I discovered that another piece of plastic was cracked. Back to warranty claim it went and a new housing arrived a week later. It was promptly replaced, and the technician managed to fix the rattling noise as well. Excellent after-sales service from the team, especially Beena who was my point of contact. Doesn't reflect so well on Fujitsu though, sending out damaged units hidden behind the energy rating sticker."

    "I had I FIX 4U install a satellite dish and freeview decoder to my home. 4 years later the bracket holding the dish was absolutely rotten with rust and fell apart. I approached I FIX 4U to help me with a repair. Geoffrey told me that all satellite dishes corrode away in 4 years, they wanted to charge me $260 to come and replace the dish - $10 discount. Very poor service and backup - I went somewhere else."
    I FIX 4U responded:
    "Dale needs to prove we did the job. A 4 year job is very, very, old. In any case, warranty is one year so his job is way pass the warranty period. Dale writes Job Date: May 2012, but 4 years ago is 2009! We gave him the benefit of the doubt of who did the job and made a goodwill offer, and remove the old unit free (worth $60.00). We explained rust is due to the environment like lightning, tree foliage, roof metal reaction,mother nature,which we cannot control. We were at all times courteous and friendly. We have been in business 20 years and this speaks for itself. A referee will agree we are more than reasonable. Staff are upset at this mean attack."

    "Geoffrey was very prompt and courteous in responding to our request for a heat pump quote. He turned up the same day and gave us excellent advice on what we needed. His prices were very competitive and we gave him the go ahead to supply a heat pump.

    His team of technicians arrived the following day and completed the installation in a professional and high quality manner. The quality of the installation was superb and his technicians made sure they cleaned up any mess thoroughly.

    I could not be happier with the service provided by I Fix 4U. Thanks, Mike."
