"Mada responded to my call for help straight away. I needed help with a tv that had been incorrectly mounted on the wall by another company. He is extremely knowledgeable, calm, kind and efficient. "I contacted Mada late on a Friday afternoon to make a time to come and connect 2 TVs to satellite in our house.
He messaged me back immediately, accomodating our timeframe. He was punctual, gave us options and completed the work exactly as requested. Price was reasonable for a beautiful tidy job.

I especially liked how he took extra time to go through the TV controls and how they worked for the TV we had installed for my 85 year old Dad.

This is the second time Mada has done work at our place and I am always impressed by his polite and professional manner.

I would not hesitate to recommend him and he will always be our first call whenever we have a job like this!

"Mada fitted 65' TV to wall brand new home with all fittings in place so TV only had to be measured and hung. Mada took 3 hours to measure, he unscrewed things and went as slow as he could - a smaller TV was installed in another room - the job should only have taken an hour - Mada spent 4 hours and charged $749. The actual job itself is great but I feel very disappointed that he appeared to intentionally take his time in order to charge more particularly when there was no actual installtion required, simply Measure for right location, Hang and then plug in. My confidence in fair consumer protection shattered"

"I called Icon as I needed a Sky dish reinstalled after having some roof work done on a rental unit. Madah rearranged his week's schedule so that he could do my job the very next day. His communication was excellent. He called me when he was half an hour away from the job, as promised, and was really helpful with advice when it came to repositioning the dish. Nothing was a problem and he explained exactly what he was doing and why during the job so that I wouldn't have any questions regarding the invoice. When the invoice did come through, it was clearly itemised and actually surprisingly good value! I would absolutely recommend Icon and in particular Madah."

"I called Mada on a Sunday after we lost power to one side of the house, with no apparent reason. I am actually an electrical engineer but I could not work out what had gone wrong as none of the RCD units had switched to indicate a fault.

I found Icon Electrical on this no-cowboys site, as we are new to the area. Mada came around within an hour (exactly as he had said) and had resolved the problem less than an hour later. I found Mada to be very professional and a really nice person. He was very respectful of us as he worked, and resolved the problem quickly.
Although our primary issue was the loss of power on one side of the house, we actually had several other electrical issues (RCD's tripping out randomly). We have just purchased the house and I had planned to call an electrician to investigate that, but Mada managed to resolve those problems as well, at the same time.

We will definitely use him again, and I am happy to recommend Icon Electrical after our experience."

"Madah from Icon Electrical has done several electrical jobs for me over the years. From fitting all our wall mounted lights to replacing all of our sockets and light swithches.

He is a very conscientious, flexible, and lets you know exactly what\'s going on with the job. Keeping you posted of any complications or existing faults he finds, as safety is of the upmost importance to Madah.

Added to this he\'s very tall and doesn\'t need a ladder much which is a bonus!

I have used him very recently for a couple of small jobs and he still shows the same level of commitment whatever the scale of the project.
